I waited five hours on hold only to be told you have to be 72hrs to travel to renew! The post office was a horrible experience at Detroit Main. The woman jerked me around for 45min, Took 2 photos which in end game were not clear enough pixel. The post office told me to mail renewal in. They do not handle renewals. My sister recommended International Express when she used several years ago. She received passport in three days for company travel. I phoned, got next day appointment which was July 20, 2021. The gal at desk was beautiful, kind, quickly handled my stress! I explained my experience. She took another photo in which looked like normal me, not the worst you could show! She told me to expect passport around Labor Day! Today August 18, 2021 I received my new passport priority express! Thank you for such a terrific experience! He charged her twice and she waited almost two months to get her money back using her bank to do it. He never sent me my itinerary so I never knew what my room number was but yesterday which was August 27th he sent it to me upon my demand and I found out that my girlfriend and I are $175 rooms apart this is on the ship called the MSC. Nice ship except I use the Walker and this is over 3 football fields long for me to walk to her room. Now it's my fault and he told me to f you and then he called me a c u n t and then he blocked my phone number this is the perfect agent my girlfriend is writing up about what he did to her too but I'm not done yet.
