Not only do they have the best prices but they're timely in their responses for reservations, always arrive early and they always have the nicest most courteous drivers. So we had 5 people that we invited, that we had to leave behind. Talk about totally putting a damper on the night. When I called to complain the girl I spoke to was so ridiculously rude. Yelling at me, even cursing, saying there was nothing she could do for us and to send the 5 extra people home and it "wasn't her issue"- mind you this was the same girl that called us earlier about the free upgrade. I've never been spoken to like that before, especially by a "professional". When we got on the bus, which was extremely tight for 20 people, even the bus driver said "I'm pretty sure I'm going to quit tomorrow, this place is awful". You know its bad when the employees expose how horrible your business is. If you want to make sure you have a great night, DO NOT hire this company. Horrible in every single way.
