I kick myself in the butt and say, "I wish I found Polyak earlier." Discovering Polyak was like winning a $1,000.00 scratcher (which is kinda sweet), but working with Boris is like winning the lottery! My first experience working with Boris was last year. I brought a box of silver dollars to Polyak. I have no idea or experience with coins. Value? Clueless. Authenticity? Zero to zilch knowledge. So, you know what that means? Most likely not going back to this place. I went on two separate occasions and each time, I was given a different reason why my gold bullion was priced lower than market value. On the first visit we were told the gold packaging was slightly compromised so they deducted $25. Not a problem. It was around the then current gold price in the market, minus the $25. On the second visit, they deducted $75 and the reason for the price change was because they stated it was what the market gold price was. BS. I checked on several reputable sites and each site was price on the average higher than the first visit. How can they be deducting more on the second visit than the first?
