The prices are pretty low (according to my search) and I have received the confirmation of my insurance on email in just a few seconds after I purchased it thru their web-site (which is great and easy to use). Their agent Arno was very helpful and followed up with my purchase! I even asked them to send me some confirmation letter stating that this plan will cover my medical expenses in Italy (that what Italian consulate requires on their web-site) and I've received it on the next day. I felt that this was very unreasonable and illegal, but because I really need insurance for my house therefore I agreed to purchase both policy home and auto together. When my house was sold I called back and emailed this agency to cancel my policy but they never respond. After 10 days of tried to cancel policy I called back to make sure my policy was canceled but Daniel responded to me with a harsh attitude and didn't let me cancel. She asked me to show my final closing cost to prove that my house had been sold. Is this reasonable or not? This document is my private document and why do I need to show them or prove them in order to cancel the policy? Can customers just cancel the policy when they don't like the service or they are no longer need? It doesn't make any sense for me and I know they just want my money.. I would give them Negative star if Yelp have this option. Don't go to them because they are a hungry money and bad customer service.

We called his office to find out why we were never notified about the issue pending with our account and were told to call allstates 1-800 number since I'm not their customer anymore. (Even though I have my home insurance through them) after my third attempt to try and receive information about what was going on with my policy we gave up hope and found someone else that wanted our business. Insurance companies aren't someone you have to deal with when everything is good but sadly the only interactions I had here weren't any good hopefully someone else has a better experience. And for anyone wondering why I never knew there was an issue I attached a screen shot that I took at 9:07 on October 9th my insurance was cancelled over 2 months ago and was never notified until the dmv threatened to suspend my registration because this office notified the dmv that I no longer had insurance.
