This guy is a liar and a fraud - issues a wrong policy for his gain, higher commission, harasses paying customer, makes things difficult and says, I am trying to help you - don't fall for his soft talk & quick response - when time comes, you will regret like me. He edits Safeco notices and demands policy holders to meet the requirement while Safeco has NOT asked for such things. This is simply unprofessional, harassment while (I am hearing) insurance companies are finding ways to drop policies). When asked to provide unedited Safeco notice, he refuses to provide one while that is his fiduciary responsibility. While asking to escalate above him at the agency, he says, "Unfortunately, I do not have an escalation contact at this time". Sadly, I regret giving my business to him for over 10 years, and referring him to friends and family. I will never do a business with such type of people again and will suggest my friends and family to review your policy with other company or agent to assure it is ensured correctly or move their policies before it gets too late - good luck! If I had option to pick less than 1 star, I would do that for this guy. read more

I have been working with TJ for over 5 years and I am not sure why I did not change agents sooner. He is THE WORST! At the end of every conversation about changes to my policy or making a claim, I felt bad, like I did something wrong, and his conversation style it that of an interrogator.
