Finally I discovered Shimu at Toppers and she has been excellent. Each time I go in there it's a nice environment and Shimu gives me that time and attention to detail that my hair needs. She listens and executes her Haircutting talents with perfection. I'm so lucky to have discovered her working at Toppers. I got charged 65$ for a simple trim I could've done at home but I wanted it professionally done yet nothing about this salon experience was professional. This salon may look nice inside but it's misleading. I needed to get it fixed because it looked terrible. So i went to a different place, to luscious beauty bar in willits and they did my trim for 15$ bucks (50 dollar difference) for a extremely professional and quick trim. It was perfectly fixed. I just wish I went there first and not belli because their prices are ridiculous and quality of service is lazy.

Everyone there is always friendly, even when I'm late... They have a box full of toys for toddlers, which is really nice for me since I have one. The salon is located next to a lot of other fun businesses, so it's convenient if you're looking to get a cup of coffee or shop a little at the same time.
