What a horrible experience. I booked an appointment online after seeing multiple time slots available. I drove over an hour to get there, only to find another person sitting in the waiting area who had also booked the exact same time as me. The staff member came out, admitted there was only one appointment available, and handed me the phone to speak with the owner. Instead of honoring my confirmed appointment, I was told they couldn't take me because they had no staff available besides one person working. There was no effort to resolve the situation, no apology beyond "sorry," and no consideration for the time and effort I had already spent to get there. I asked the woman who massaged me if I can use that deal "$110 for 90 minutes" since it was my first time. She said yes. AFTER working on the left side of my back for 30 MINUTES as she was moving to the right she said, "you want 90 minutes yes?" I said "yes." she said "$130 today" I argued with her and all she kept saying was "130 today" I said NO. Rather than walking out... which I should have done, I told her to just do 60 minutes. So she rushed through the rest and didn't even do the front of my legs! I will NEVER GO BACK and ill be leaving a google ans help review too. AND I GAVE HER $20 tip. Booked online. Showed up on time and they seemed to have no idea of my booking and we started 15 minutes late. I indicated my two areas of pain (verbally, on paper and again, verbally) - one of which was addressed with Amber (the masseuse) and the she other barely touched. The massage was decent but again, I specifically had two areas I wanted focus on. At the end, a cool towel was placed on me and asked "is it too hot?" Paid $90 for the 60 minute massage and went to tip $15 in cash but was told it was $20 and was asked, was the service not good? I booked a couples massage. 1) No massage on lower front leg (shin). 2) My wife was not so happy about her massage, said it was just ok. 3) We wanted to tip $10 each masseuse in cash but Tracy came out and indicated that it is expected $20 per person. I said to the cashier to put $20 on the credit card but Tracy asked/insisted to put $20 on the card and the other $20 on cash. My wife said "no, it is SUGGESTED that is $20 per masseuse. I said to the cashier again "just put $20 tip on the card". We put the cash away. After a massage this is the last thing you want to be talking about. Emily was great, and when she was finished, I felt 100 percent better!! The facility is well organized, extremely clean and all of the customer service reps are super nice and helpful... I called the manager, Tracy, while I was at the spa to resolve a customer service issue regarding the massage I booked. Tracy answered the phone very rudely by saying she doesn't recognize my phone number and doesn't know why I am calling her. The location was great, and the set up was very comfortable. The stones and stretching were the best part of our couples massage. However, it was a very intense hour. My fiancé and I are both in immense pain and soreness from how rough the massages were. She has even experienced a little bruising. When discussing with the therapists about taking it easy, they did not comply. For two people with back issues, we purchased the massages to relax and relieve the tension. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I've had chronic back pain for 2 weeks and decided to get a massage. I booked my appointment and confirmed through text for a second time. I showed up 5 minutes early for my 10:30 appointment and let them know I was here for my 10:30 appointment, they said "she'll be right out" I waited until 10:50 in the lobby to finally call and ask them what was going on. They said they tried multiple times to get in contact with me to let me know that they have cancelled that appointment... made 0 sense. Will never go back here again. I found Tracy to be extremely competent at massage, and Hanna was exceptionally personable and friendly.

I never leave a review but after this couples massage from hell I had to. They were so rough me and my boyfriends backs are all bruised up. Causes more damage than anything else. My whole lower back is bruised from how rough they were. Massage was not relaxing at all. Literally one hour of straight pain. Save your money and your back and go somewhere else because you will be in pain for the next week and a half from how hard they bruise you. read more

I called on a Sunday morning and was able to book a massage for about 2 hours later which was super convenient for me because i tend to be a last minute person. I had an hour and a half massage with Ana and it was amazing! She used the perfect amount of pressure and really got into and relieved all of my tight spots.
