And what's worse, they won't acknowledge the obvious fact - rub your hands on the sheets - that their sheet quality has suffered in recent years (likely due to pandemic supply chain issues, as several other linen suppliers acknowledge has affected them). You are much better off buying linens at Macy's Hotel collection sheets. The quality is far superior, the sheets are softer, and they cost less than half (even more when on sale, which is often).
