I was thoroughly impressed with the bid/estimate process, the communication, and the execution of the work. I feel lucky that Hector B. and Robert M. were my "crew" to remedy the mistakes of the prior painter and start the new outdoor project. From the meticulous attention to detail to the thorough prep work on day 1, it was clear that Hector and Robert were going to transform my space. They spent about 10 days from start to finish, both inside and outside, and their respect for me, my family, and my personal schedule was evident in every step of the process. Last week I called Nick for a quote on a small job for which he made himself available the same day. His job quote was reasonable so I scheduled the work. Today, Nick's team of Carlos and Orlando came to patch, re-texture and paint my kitchen ceiling after having a box light fixture removed and replaced with can lighting. Carlos and Orlando arrived promptly at the appointed time and set right to work. They were courteous, efficient and spoke quietly while they worked. They worked all morning, with one short break, and finished in four hours. This pleased me as I was expecting only one worker and most of the day without my kitchen available to me. The job was a bit tedious as my kitchen is small so that maneuvering ladders and equipment was somewhat tricky. However, they did so without bumping anything or leaving any evidence of their presence. While preparation took just over three hours, the actual painting and clean up was done quickly and neatly. They left without a trail, leaving me with not a smudge to clean. It's virtually impossible to tell the ceiling ever looked any different. The re-texture blends that well with the existing textured surface. Carlos is an expert and meticulous in this regard. What impressed me most was that there was no idle chatter, no cell phone texting or calls and no down time. I heard a phone ring once but it was immediately silenced and work continued.
