Compared to other sneaker stores I've patroned the prices are what you would expect for resale. Where LC stands out is the customer service. As a female, it's important to me that I feel safe and unpressured when I'm shopping - and that I'm not manslpained to or tried to take advantage of because of it. Sneaker stores are usually run to accommodate a specific demographic, so I don't always feel welcomed as an older female. That is not the case here as I'm always greeted by a friendly face and left to peruse without pressure to purchase. Carter was so helpful and patient and brought me a ton of options, listened to me and how each option felt, and was thoughtful about sharing price points and making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The pricing was on par with any retailer for that shoes which is great for a speciality shoe store and the fact that they took such care to make sure I got the right one. Two simple tests, some time trying things out, and I'm thrilled with my new shoes plus an insole too which wasn't pushed but super helpful! I have really bad knees and become so unstable that I through my knee out 3 times in one year. I…read morehad thrown my knee out several time prior but it got to the point where I was scared that I would hurt myself again. I gave Good Feet a chance. My knees were a little achy in the beginning because of the realignment but I'm happy to report that not only have I not thrown my knee out in the last year of wearing them but I'm also able to walk soooooo much more with minimal discomfort.
