Louis has a structural engineering background was very meticulous about understanding the structure (and slope grounds) and home systems. He was professional, caring and took the time to educate me on how these systems work, what to look for and made sure I had an understanding of it. We went at my pace which I appreciated. I usually ignore all business that have a 5.0 rating because I assume reviews were bought but this simply is not the case! I had some concerns about cracks and other things and Louis took 20 min over the phone to reassure me that it was just normal settling. He could have easily just come out and charged me for a report but he made sure that he would only do that if he felt it necessary to come out. Louis was thorough and honest. We had him look at both our retaining wall and our basement foundation. Our house is from 1881 so we assumed there would be a lot of repairs needed.
