Randall come by, found and fixed it, reset the system after non use for 9 years, and set up up for indoor training before we move to the yard. the indoor system can be taken to our cabin so we can continue to train him that way. This is, by far, the best set up I've encountered. - the staff has always been friendly and helpful, even when they are obviously busy working on other pets. -the tubs are stainless steel and clean. - the tubs are adjustable height (my back thanks you!) - the tubs allow for my dog to be constrained to the tub, but not tied with a choke chain and he can move around without choking himself. - they offer a hypo-allergenic shampoo and an all-in-one, high quality shampoo. - the built in blow dryer is the bomb-digity! My dog hates the sound of a hair dryer, but the motor for these is in another room entirely making for a more calm blow-drying experience. Although the sign on the door indicates 'appointment only', the self wash is available for walk-ins. I noticed they have 3 tubs.
