I was so blessed to find Michaelle she is the owner and what an amazing woman. My dogs were in excellent care she is very structured and organized. It is very obvious she is a dog lover too, which is comforting! She gives great detailed updates with the cutest most creative pictures you've ever seen! I am a little nervous to share her like everyone else, because great dog sitters are few and far between. Michaelle is the real deal and a lovely person as well. I would highly recommend her if you need an amazing, dependable, loving, dog helper.

If you're looking for the most caring, loving & trustworthy pet-care-giver, look no further! We were referred to "Mickey" by our neighbor. We have two golden retrievers who are VERY spoiled and we would never travel because we were never comfortable with just anyone with our boys and home. Mickey was the answer to our prayers! Wallie & George Bailey LOVE Mickey!! Every day while we're gone, she sends updates and pictures of their goings on of the day. This gives us such comfort being away from our boys. How could they(& we) not love her? She brings treats, introduced walks again(they're large & rambunctious), sleeps with them, grooms & gives so much love. What more do you need? Michaelle is absolutely delightful & kind. My only recommendation is BOOK EARLY! She's so good, she's popular. She does everything for your pets, not just overnights. Give her a try. You will NOT be sorry!

Oye Vey! How to find an awesome, trust worthy care taker for my precious pit bull at the last…read moreminute in a city that I have only lived in for a couple of months. I found Estelle on Yelp. Her reviews were solid but not particularly up to date. But I just had a good feeling about this woman from the start. I dialed her her up, and during or conversation we figured out that we were from the same neighborhood in NYC... Estelle's vibe is what I imagine Studio 54 would have been in its hey-day.... way cool.. grounded... loving... worldly.. animal loving.. hippie chic. Estelle came to the house to meet me and Lexi before I left out of town. We agreed that Estelle would come to my house twice a day to feed and walk Lexi spending about 30 minutes each time. Estelle stayed way past the 30 minute obligation and which she didn't have to do. Sent lots of pictures and reports about how Lexi was doing. We have a park nearby so Estelle took her over there to run around sometimes also. Last week we had some house work going on so I dropped Lexi off at Estelle's for a day visit. Lexi got along splendidly with her two semi-small babies (20 ish pounds each). Her small babies ran and played and played and played with Lexi who is twice their size wth no problem! When I picked Lexi up at the end of the day, she was exhausted and a very happy pooch! I would highly recommend Estelle! I trust her implicitly! ~ Tris

My Peanut has been going to Pawsh Palace since he was just a tiny puppy, around three months old,…read moreand now he's seven years old and it is STILL one of his absolute favorite places! I did extensive research before choosing Pawsh Palace because I am extremely cautious about who I trust with my dogs, and all these years later, I have yet to take them anywhere else. Their comfort, care, and safety will always be my number one priority, and I genuinely feel like Pawsh is worth every penny. I now have a senior dog as well, and daycare has been wonderful for keeping her active, social, and young at heart. The staff is also incredibly good about following any notes I leave for her. Since she gets tired more easily, I'll ask that she play for a few hours and then spend some time relaxing in her room, and they've always been great about accommodating that. Whether my dogs are there for daycare or overnight boarding, they always come home happy and well cared for. I've even left them at Pawsh for an entire week, and they had an absolute blast. I LOVE the report cards and think they are such a sweet touch. Getting to see pictures of them having fun, both in their report cards and on Pawsh's social media, makes this protective dog mom very happy. Living in Vegas also makes having a place like Pawsh incredibly valuable. When it's 110 degrees outside, there are only so many walks and outdoor activities you can safely do with your dogs. Having a beautiful indoor place where they can socialize, burn off energy, stay active, have fun, and make puppy friends is such a lifesaver. I used to take my dogs to their location near the Strip, and I could not be happier that there is now a Pawsh Palace closer to my home. It's so convenient, just as beautiful, and filled with the same kind of caring staff members I've trusted for years. As a pet parent who is VERY particular about who takes care of her babies and wants nothing but the absolute best for them, I couldn't be happier with both Pawsh Palace locations. Seven years later, Peanut still gets excited to go, and I think that says just about everything. Pawsh Palace is truly a gem, and I highly recommend them!

I decided to take Buddy to Doggie District so he can socialize with other dogs and get comfortable around other people. During the 3-4 months Buddy attended DD, he was able to learn how to socialize. I was happy with his progress and I thought the staff was great albeit very young. There were a few occasions I would hit traffic picking up Buddy. Nevertheless, I would get a call or I would call communicating my ETA and the young lady at that time was always understanding and would wait, I was always there 10 minutes past 7pm the few times I ran late. I even booked grooming once. When I arrived she was still working on Buddy. Nevertheless, the young lady closing down the store on this particular night was patient. I always felt that DD was a great establishment. My one complaint was that the app to view your dog playing in the courtyard never seemed to work, 2 years later, I rescued a 6 month old cocker spaniel puppy Sassy, Sassy is a Alpha puppy with a lot of energy. I spent the next few months getting Sassy all of her vacations, spayed, and microchipped. Sassy has so much energy. I decided to take her to Doggie District, she did her trial run in March and i planned to have her start in April. I was planning a trip around that time and my mom was going to come over and watch my dogs. Sassy was still hyper and strong so I felt it was best for my mom to utilize daycare from 7am - 7pm for Sassy so she wouldn't be overwhelmed. The morning before I was suppose to leave on my trip, my boyfriend called to confirm sassy first month. DD takes his payment over the phone and then informs him that Sassy records aren't up to date. He calls me and I'm telling him that isn't accurate. I was unable to find her records at the time and I was also rushing to get to work. My boyfriend says he'll call the vet and have them email it over, Seven Hills sends over Sassy's records and I am thinking everything is fine. My mom takes Sassy for her drop off and I head to work. I get a call from my mom telling me that the young lady says Sassy's records have expired and she will not admit her. I am annoyed but my mom is obnoxiously angry and loud. My mom feels the young lady at the desk was being rude so my mom is being rude back. I end up talking to Riley. I let Riley know that can't be possible because sassy was recently vaccinated. Riley was apologetic and offered to call Seven Hills. I was patient and calm, I thanked Riley for trying to find a solution. I let Riley know that my vet had already emailed Sassy records. Riley was able to find the email and was immediately apologetic saying she is new and this was all her fault. I told her not to worry. I then called my mom to let her know everything is resolved, I had planned to pick Sassy up after work. I received an important call that ran longer. As I'm leaving work, I called DD letting them know I might be a little late but I was on my way. The girl who answered the phone (Quill) asked me for my eta. I plugged it in to Waze and it said 7:03. I told Quill 705 and she told me it was fine and that she will be there. The moment I jumped on the freeway, the time spiked to 715 because of an accident. I got off which brought the time to 709 which is when I arrived. I observed the lights off and it appeared to be closed, However, there was a woman in her car with the radio on and her window open, I thought she might be working there. When I pulled on the door, it was locked. I looked at the lady in her car and she motioned and told me to knock. I did what she said and nothing happened. I knocked a few more times and nothing. I see and hear the lady call someone so I assume she is letting the employee know I'm outside. I wait for awhile and know one comes. I start calling and it goes straight to the voicemail. I asked the lady in the car if she was waiting on someone inside. She told me no and she was waiting for someone at the tanning place which was weird because it was in the other plaza. I was about to leave and I noticed a light on. I stayed and continued to knock. At 7:20, 3 of the employees came out. One of the employee jumped into the van (the lady lied) and Quill rudely told me that she not "abided to give me my dog past 7:05". That's an odd cutoff time. I asked Quill why she didn't tell me this on phone. She repeating herself. The next morning when I picked up sassy, I spoke to Riley and I apologized about my mom. I gave her a card and small gift. I also told Riley her coworker didn't have to hold my dog hostage as payback. Riley asked if I wanted a call from management, I said yes. Still waiting on that call...
