The charger worked perfectly for several months, until it started tripping the circuit breaker every time we charged the car. I called Cochran, honestly just for an idea of what might be causing the issue. They sent an electrician out the next day, he determined it was a bad breaker, replaced it free of charge and it's been working perfectly since. Sadly , that kind of "service after the sale" is hard to come by these days, but this company, including the office staff and the electricians, clearly make an effort to keep their customers happy long term. I honestly couldn't have been happier with either the initial installation or the follow up, I'm definitely a customer for life.

I attempted multiple times to handle a serious issue privately and professionally involving equipment stolen and seen using it on FB post etc. When I arrived with law enforcement to try and verify the equipment, the business owner refused to cooperate or allow the officer to view it, despite the situation potentially being resolved very quickly through simple transparency. As someone who depends on this equipment for work, the lack of concern and accountability was extremely disappointing. What was even more concerning to me was the company's continued support of an employee "with multiple and recent DV and theft charges" despite repeated issues and complaints surrounding his conduct. Instead of helping resolve the matter professionally, I was met with denial and resistance. I have documented conversations, screenshots, photos, and other evidence connected to this situation and will continue pursuing the proper channels. I believe businesses should operate with honesty, professionalism, and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

I asked JJ how much it would cost to tear out my old driveway and lay new. He said it would be a lot less if we add 2 inches of fresh asphalt over the old. He explained how some of the cracks would transfer though the new layer. But, not crumble apart like what I was currently dealing with. Crack fill and sealcoat every 1 to 2 years. I had him do it the next year. He was right. The 2" layer of asphalt makes my driveway look brand new! Some of the main cracks from the bottom layer came though into the new layer. So, I had them crack fill and sealcoat it the year after it was laid. No weeds or grass showing up in the cracks. 2 years ago I had them add all new asphalt from my driveway to my shop. I am extremely pleased with JJ's.

At that point, I was told they were five minutes away and that I would still need to pay because they were already "here." This directly contradicted what I had been told earlier. During the same conversation, I was given multiple different timelines, first that they were five minutes away, then that they were ten minutes away, while also being told they were "already here." The conversation quickly became uncomfortable. The person I spoke with raised their voice in frustration and insisted I pay for a service I did not receive. When I pushed back respectfully and explained that I had called before being notified they were en route, he framed a 50 percent charge as a kindness. Wanting to end the tense exchange, I paid. I regret that decision. I feel sick knowing I paid for something I did not need or receive, especially when the situation was caused entirely by poor communication. This experience felt less like customer service and more like pressure. I cannot recommend this company. Clear communication and fairness matter, especially in stressful situations like being locked out of your home, and this experience fell short on both.
