I gave the company several chances to respond before posting this. I would give zero stars if…read morepossible. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I was told that I needed to get the water off the top of the pool cover and check the water level. But in order to do that we had to remove the cover ourselves which took 5 people and hours of work. My understanding is that cover removal is part of the opening. However we were charged the full price of opening though we did the majority of the work. Secondly, the technicians (only 2) seemed confused about how to open the system. And though we did offer some information given to us by the previous owners on how to turn it on, they were unable to get the waterfall and moat to work. The pool was in working order at closing last season. I told the rep on the phone that this was an infinity pool with waterfall. Someone who is familiar with this type of pool should have been sent. So I am very upset because I was charged $350, did most of the work myself, and the techs put some chemicals and turned some switches. And removed plugs of which it seems we are missing two now from the skimmers. The timers weren't set either and the screws were just sitting there. I do not think that the price is equal to what took place. $350 is the price when everything is done including removal of cover. Now we are left with a half functioning pool and will have to call another company to troubleshoot.  I expect a response from the owner of the company. As a first time customer I am disheartened. As a follow up, I had to call a different company who knew what they were doing and found that plugs were not removed from the moat and the pump was not reversed from winterization.  This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to pay another company to finish the job.  I would like a refund

Between wrestling practice, wake boarding, fishing, and just getting old; I reached a point where I…read morefelt it was time to get my own hot tub. Wanting to buy new and hoping to purchase local, I took a recommendation from a friend to stop in and take a look at what Olympia had to offer. Located on the north side of Angola on the west side of North Wayne it was easy to get in and easy to get to out. Walking in to their store, their show room was a little small and underwhelming, but the sales clerk had a big personality, was very knowledgable, and she helped me find exactly what i was looking for that would suit my needs. They work with several different manufacturers and have a warehouse in Fort Wayne so they have many, many more spas than they have in their show room and they can special order anything from their suppliers if you want to wait. In Angola, I worked with Kelly and she was amazing. From helping a first time hot tub owner learn some of the basics to helping to select the perfect model for me to explaining delivery, set up, and maintenance; I felt great and informed walking out the door. For anyone looking to still buy a hot tub in 2018, they have some great year end specials going on right now and I have no problems recommending Kelly and Olympia to anyone in the tri-state area.

I chose Glenn because he answered every question that I had. He was a local vendor and available for any follow up service that I may need. He sent the electrician to my house for the electrical work. The next day Glenn delivered my hot tub and the electrician came back to do the final hook up. Two years ago I decided I wanted the cover turned so that it opens in another direction. I called Glenn and in a couple days he was there to fix it the way I wanted it. I've had a couple minor things happen and when I called Glenn he walked me thru the problem over the phone, no service call needed and no charge. April 2020 my hot tub has been cold for about a month. I think the heat pump went out. We are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and the store is not open but I called anyway and left a message. Glenn called me back within an hour. I just wanted to know how much a heat pump costs. He asked me what it said on the display and when I told him SL he said there's nothing wrong with my pump that I had put the hot tub in sleep mode (you can stop laughing now). So he told me how to get it out of sleep mode and it's working fine again. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I have received from him which is probably the most important part of the whole purchase. So if you are looking to buy a hot tub do yourself a favor and go see Glenn. You won't be disappointed.
