I had everything planned out for the placement of the spa. Todd reviewed my plans and verified. The installation went well! I have rusty well water at my home. Todd was willing to tackle this huge problem. He has spent countless hours giving me tips on how to bring down my PH level, alleviate foam, and clarify the water. They honored a minor repair under warranty with no issues and chased down another problem that turned out to be the electrical contractors fault. Would buy my spa again from Tim. Delivery did not go the smoothest as my one point of criticism. I talked directly to Tim about it so my complaint wasn't blown off or anything like that. Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.

Due to a required out-of-state job relocation (which we provided proof of), we requested a refund of our deposit. That request was denied, and we were told the only option was to transfer the deposit to another buyer. While I understand businesses have policies, it's disappointing that there was no flexibility given our situation--especially since no product has been manufactured or delivered. We attempted to resolve this directly but were not offered any reasonable alternative beyond finding our own replacement buyer. I would recommend that anyone considering doing business here carefully review the deposit and cancellation terms before committing. Seems to be shady business practices. You can even brake a rental contract if you are being relocated out of state.
