They worked with us every step of the way and even when a minor mistake occurred (as they will with construction projects), Jack swept in to make it right. If your looking for the cheapest, pre-made panel, 6 foot budget fence, these guys may not be for you. But I'd give 'em a shot simply because they go the extra mile for all their clients. He let the pool go because he wasn't living at the house at the time and it had started turning green. They told me they'd have the pool crystal clear and sparkling. After several weeks, the pool looked worse and they stopped showing up. So, I hired a new guy because despite my daily efforts to keep the pool clean and chemicals balanced things were not improving. He found that they [AquaTerra] let leaves and debris clog the impeller on the pump causing the flow issues. This was caused by a broken basket on the pump side skimmer that they should have but didn't replace. As a result, the filter pressure gauge (which I thought was broken and ordered a replacement gauge for) actually worked but the filter wasn't getting enough flow! Plus, the filter (while newer) had not been cleaned in a long time. To put it in perspective, Aquaterra came out about 2 weeks ago (for 2 weeks straight) and its taken 11lbs of shock (plus several pounds that I've added on my own) to undo what the should have done and didn't in the first place. And, my pool guy came today (Tuesday) and said the pool will be ready for swimming by the weekend. So yeah, don't let these guys near your pool.

Do not hire Flores Fencing…read more Flores Fencing installed our pool fence backwards and without obtaining the required permit. The fence failed inspection because it was not installed in compliance with code. We have spent more than six months trying to resolve these issues directly with the company. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to correct the problems, forcing us to hire and pay another fencing company to bring the fence into legal compliance. They also installed a gate that swings the wrong direction and failed to install the required self-closing hardware on the walk-through gate for our pool fence. Our experience has been frustrating and expensive. We expected a safe, code-compliant installation but instead were left with significant safety and code violations that another contractor had to correct. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Flores Fencing.

I liked what he had to say which was that we will custom measure and build your cover in the driveway and install it the same day! Talk about fantastic service!! And the price was $600 less than I had previously been prepared to pay. So between the service and the price we had a real value here. I was scheduled for December 12th for the install but they had an opening on December 6, so they installed it then. Gary's bid was really competitive and seeing the quality of work done around our neighborhood sold us going with Geldmeier. We went with a board on board, eight-foot fence and gate. You can tell they use higher quality materials and their board on board style overlaps in such a way that is much stronger and better built than industry standard. They also prestain their boards through the factory so every part of the wood is protected. The gate is huge and works flawlessly. I just keep staring at it because it looks so nice. You could tell the crew really cared about the job they were doing. We could not be happier.
