I took it back to exchange it, and I was rather rudely told that they didn't accept returns on sports equipment!? I explained that I had just purchased it a couple hours previously and it had never been used. They took it and I purchased the correct item. When I got my credit card bill, I saw that I was charged for both items and had not received credit for the return. It was only about $22, but I won't accept being treated that way, and Leslie's has lost my business.

I've pushed back adding 'you're not funny, thinking Bob would rethink his style of customer service. After several years; no improvement. Bob seems very secure & empowered. I recommend buying Leslie's on-line, drive further to another local Leslie's or one of the other local pool shops. I think water is sometimes hard to balance, especially here in New Mexico where hard water is the problem. I went through a couple of brands of chemicals, but ended up just using chlorine in a dispenser and it has solved almost all of my water problems. Sunrise did such a great job I hired them to do some concrete repair and had them add a concrete slab for a storage shed as well.
