We had tried to use 3 pool companies prior, all of which were a huge disappointment with money wasted and absolutely no change was seen. Not only did Nate arrive on time every time, his constant communication was absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable about the field of pools, chemicals, equipment, and getting the job done! We bought a house with an older pool, it was filled with algae, the equipment was falling apart, and we seriously thought of giving up before Nate came and truly worked his magic and expertise! I have been a pool owner for 17 years, and have basically kept it clean and maintained myself, however I recently needed a spa light changed out, and noticed my neighbor has a pool service that had been coming out to their house, and they said they were very satisfied with them, so I called them out. They were very quick with the appointment and the price and service was fantastic. I also had a heater for our hot tub that hadn't worked in awhile, so I inquired about possibly getting it fixed if possible. The owner Nate came out several times and literally tried everything imaginable to get it working properly again, but after much time and effort, it was just beyond getting to work properly again. His effort and his honesty was very impressive to me, he was extremely fair with me, and I had a couple other minor repairs done, but need a new light for the pool and also need to replace the heater since it was just beyond fixing. One thing is for sure you can bet where I will be getting that done from. I was very impressed with Nate, the owner of Pooldocx, and he has earned my business as a pool owner from this point forward.
