Every week, they notify us in advance and provide a thorough report of their services, complete with before-and-after pictures. I want to give a special thank you to the technicians who have serviced my pool over the last three consecutive weeks. Each one of them has shown great knowledge, professionalism, and a true understanding of what they are doing. I would feel for her..but unfortunately she's entirely aware of this situation. 1st situation speaking with Nellie- we asked if she knew Arturo's issue and she immediately hung up. It wasn't until we got in contact with someone else that she admitted this was an ongoing issue and that she would help fix what her son had done. She then GHOSTED us. Do not work with Arturo directly. His work is not remotely up to code and he's never finished the work even months later. He has essentially run off with $30,000. The mother is apparently phenomenal to work with- but Arturo CANNOT be trusted. He falsely advertised that this was his company.
