A lot of places in this area require some kind of meet and greet or an initial this or that before they will take new customers. Luckily, this place did not. It's $15 a day to board your dog here and is willing to bathe your dog if needed. She takes the dogs home with her to care for them at her house. She mentioned she only takes small dogs but I saw other workers and larger dogs so it may be that they only had a vacancy for one more small dog. Don't forget to bring some dog food with you when you drop them off! I honestly didn't think about it until we were there since I have never boarded a dog before. We got Ezio back safe and sound and appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the lady here. She was even kind enough to meet us at her shop on Sunday even though she doesn't usually meet at her office on Sundays. Thanks again!

The coffee drinks come from a Keurig pod There were at most six cats. If you don't pay extra to buy their toys and treats, the cats won't interact with you. Also, the music was simply depressing. I love Lana Del Rey, but her music is kind of sleepy for this activity. To me this is just a tourist trap scam for those (including myself) who do you like cats. Avoid. We left our session early because it was simply boring and kind of depressing. A lot of the cats seemed exhausted and stressed out.

My friend shared their website with me to book my first appointment, but I didn't see any dates that worked for me, so I decided to reach out later. To my surprise, the salon texted me the very next day asking if I had any questions since I'd registered my pup but hadn't scheduled yet. Now that's great customer service! They were able to fit me in with a new groomer the following weekend, which was awesome. On the day of the appointment, the salon is located in a small strip mall just off DeRenne Ave. There's plenty of parking for easy drop-offs and pick-ups. The lobby is small but clean honestly, it doesn't need to be fancy; it's a dog grooming spot, after all! What I really loved was the grooming area. It's set up kind of like a mini doggie daycare no cages! The dogs are free to play with each other, which made me feel so much better about leaving my dog there. Tobi was initially hesitant, but as soon as he saw the other dogs, I basically became invisible. LOL They texted me within an hour of dropping him off, which was way quicker than I expected for a bath and cut. Plus, their prices are really reasonable. They also offer fun spa packages like fur gems, fur feathers, chalk fur painting, and even hair coloring! If you're looking to spoil your dog, they've got a birthday add-on with a birthday cake shampoo, paw cream, a photoshoot, and more. The sweetest touch was getting a "report card" text after I picked Tobi up. It included a before-and-after picture along with a note about how he did during his grooming session. Every person I've met so far, including the owners, is super friendly and genuinely loves their job and the dogs. That's so important when you're trusting someone with your furry friend. I'm really glad I found this place!

It was the first since adopting our two current pups (1-yr and 2-yr old pittie mixes) who are sweet, loving, and spoiled for attention. The team at BB is awesome, though, and while we were nervous about the pups having separation anxiety, the overnight and daytime sitters engaged them with couch cuddles, fetch time, sunning time, and always gave us updates at the end of each visit. One of their regular sitters (Desi) handled the majority of the visits and overnights, and the pictures made it clear they were happy to see her and most importantly relaxed with her, which was huge for us being able to relax ourselves. That said, all 3 sitters who saw them during the week gave them their full attention and gave us that great communication. Full recommendation.
