That was only the beginning of a 8 week long problem with daily phone calls to beg him to come out. He would promise he would come, never show up, would throw some chemicals in every week to 10 days and promise it would be clean. I begged him to clean it and he said that it needed a 150$ in chemicals to shock it and that would do it. This continued every week! He made us drain pool, he put in drop And Floc , but would never get leaves out, or do follow up. My grandkids missed 2 months of swimming, he couldn't care less..
