After visiting the store, I was also informed that I could bring in water samples and they will test it and tell me exactly what I need to fix whatever issue. The store is extremely clean and well organized and fully stocked, the prices are reasonable and the staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable, which makes for a very nice combination in a specialty store. This will definitely be my provider of choice for all of my pool and spa chemicals in the future.

I wont trust the pool water testing service here without them calibrating the stores water test…read moresystem. The employee that tested my pool water sample was about to dump it into a container to draw from that had the previous customers pool water sample residue in it. I had to ask them to stop, rinse it with distilled water first before proceeding.. They had no distilled water on hand and used tap water and recontaminated my sample. I was primarily concerned with the Cyanuric Acid level, which is not present in tap water, so I ignored their process error. Their machines test result was way off on the CYA level, which, at that time, I trusted more than my own result from a DPD Taylor Test kit. My misplaced trust in this pool stores test process caused us to spend wasted money on pool draining and filling, together with start up chemicals. After this, I'll trust my Taylor Test kit results, as it seems this store is far more focused in selling customers the wrong amounts of the wrong pool chemicals based on their wrong water testing results.
