I've tried call Nick and received no call back. I had to actually go into the store and see him face to face with issues concerning the warranty. It seem that Nick is great as a sells person, but after the sell issues he doesn't reply with warranty issues. I'm feel that when you need the company the most. If your looking a spa with no warranty Nick is your guy. But, anything afterwards your on your own.

We paid the deposit for our new spa and Nick told us to give him 2-3 weeks and he would have it in and ready for delivery. He called me a week later and had it delivered the next day. Nick also does a training class for new spa owners that was really helpful and informative. She assisted me in resolving my issue and was quite patient and informative in her answer and explanation. After visiting the store, I was also informed that I could bring in water samples and they will test it and tell me exactly what I need to fix whatever issue. The store is extremely clean and well organized and fully stocked, the prices are reasonable and the staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable, which makes for a very nice combination in a specialty store. This will definitely be my provider of choice for all of my pool and spa chemicals in the future.

I wont trust the pool water testing service here without them calibrating the stores water test…read moresystem. The employee that tested my pool water sample was about to dump it into a container to draw from that had the previous customers pool water sample residue in it. I had to ask them to stop, rinse it with distilled water first before proceeding.. They had no distilled water on hand and used tap water and recontaminated my sample. I was primarily concerned with the Cyanuric Acid level, which is not present in tap water, so I ignored their process error. Their machines test result was way off on the CYA level, which, at that time, I trusted more than my own result from a DPD Taylor Test kit. My misplaced trust in this pool stores test process caused us to spend wasted money on pool draining and filling, together with start up chemicals. After this, I'll trust my Taylor Test kit results, as it seems this store is far more focused in selling customers the wrong amounts of the wrong pool chemicals based on their wrong water testing results.

Additionally, we selected a massive saltwater pool complete with upgraded cool decking on top of concrete and a custom fence. Lots of moving parts, certainly... And our pool company handled every single one of them -- literally no detail was missed. If you have an electrical or other issue, be prepared for expensive 'consultation fees' and more run arounds to get your pool up and running again. Paradise Pools says the 5 year guarantee that it came with will not be honored for the new owner. Have no way to contact manufacturer so don't know how I would claim service on the warranty if something happened while I owned it. Warranty is not clear. I wanted to sell it with the warranty. I'm still not happy that the warranty does not go with the pool but Paradise Pools has been very helpful and has given me more information about the manufacturer of the cover. Thanks for your help
