Love browsing the store and seeing what I can find. I love that there is a selection of new and used books. I'm an avid reader, so being surrounded by books is my happy place. The store also as a fun selection of journals and socks and other kitschy items. The only complaint I have is this: Stephen King and Dean Koontz do not make a horror section lol. I love horror, but Stephen King and I just don't seem to mesh well, I know I know...personal preference. The prices are a bit high for some of the used books, but I understand the price on the books is a little bit more than if I was at a bookstore outside of the prime real estate that is downtown, so I try to remind myself of that lol. Oh! And I've never been met with anything other than a friendly face from anyone working there. Which is hopefully a great sign

Definitely will be back! We hosted our book club here and were able to bring three toddlers along. The back room of the restaurant has a great kids hangout. Staff was amazing and super pleasant. The coffee was delicious and made with love, also got a pumpkin muffin that was delicious!

I love this place! Every downtown needs a safe place like this. They have a cool gift shop, bookstore, restaurant and cafe all in one. I got some espresso cups and this cute ring. The cafe was perfect for after lunch cake and coffee. The best part was the friendly staff. And they seemed super real and nice:)

We had the most beautiful bridal shower for our book loving bride out on the patio. The food, salad and charcuterie, was delicious and the setting was just perfect! Not too big and not too small. The staff was so easy to work with. Everything was just as we agreed! This little event spot is a gem in downtown Colorado Springs. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Loved this place! Incredible curated book selection and cute jewelry from local artists. Fun gifts, etc. Make sure to eat and drink at Bird Nest (House?) down the street!

This bookstore is connected to the restaurant and toy store and offered a variety of Knick knacks, cute gifts, nice jewelry, notebooks and of course books! It's so fun to browse in here and this would be a great place to find the perfect book. Although the book portion is fairly small, there's a big variety of genres from spiritual, yoga, cookbooks, classics, fiction, etc.

Awesome little bookstore, amazing prices, I was able to get a bunch of books for $4 each! Not even Half Price Books goes that low.

So much so, we returned the next day to purchase the sweatshirt I was eyeing and I've hardly taken it off since! So many cute Colorado themed items like your typical souvenir trinkets-- magnets, socks, spice mixes, clothing, post cards, mugs... a little bit of everything!

It has a little bit of everything for everyone. AAC is actually two shops in one. It looks like they may have been separate at one time, but are now connected. Both sides have similar items and similar helpful staff. Here are some of the items I liked: Hats: I love a good ball cap. They had several different styles. Shirts: There were a good variety of shirts that were Colorado themed or for specific local attractions. Their shirts were much cheaper than the ones for sale at the local attractions. Stickers: I love stickers. I bought several. There were some that seemed a tad ridiculous, but I am sure they sell plenty of weed themed stickers here. Weeeeeeeed maaaaaaan. Get a job hippy. Coffee Mugs: Even though I drink iced coffee, I love location specific mugs. They had mugs a plenty here. Kids books: Who hasn't read "Who Pooped in the Snow"? Actually, I have not and it made me regret that my kids don't like story time anymore. This store has way more than the items I listed. I think you will like it. I did.
