I write them in Word first. Looking at my pictures I see the 1/2 lb order of brisket under the Meat Plates, not the Meats by the Pound. $19 with two sides with the meat, yes please. Service - I like how they have a menu board away from the trailer. You do not have to wait till the last second to find your item to order. We did not have an issue with it. Saw others having an issue with the menu board location. They have a cashier off to the side and some people went to order at the trailer. Instead have the board near the cashier instead of the trailer. I think that would create a better flow. Future - MEAT PLATE YES!!
