Atmosphere - Really not a food truck but a unique trailer.  Almost something you would see on downtown Chicago street corner. Food - Italian Beef a Chicago traditional staple in the city.  It was great having one again.  The beef was great, I just wish there was more in the sandwich.  This could fall under service as well.  I think they kept their prices at their normal.  $8.50 was solid price for this sandwich.  I think they could have charged at least $10.50 or more for the event. Service - You could tell they had extra help for this event.  The cashiers were friendly.  The food came out quickly.  Lucky we got there early before the lines became insanely long, not just their "truck" but all trucks. It's a minor thing but it makes the wait go by fast and you never have to wonder if you should ask about the status of your order.
