Dee was a hard worker and had to work in tight quarters on a very hot day. He diagnosed our…read moreirrigation problem as a faulty well pump, and we gave the ok to install a new one. Once installed, we still had a problem with the pump not shutting off automatically. He told us we had an electrical problem, so we settled up with him. We were surprised by how expensive the pump was, but maybe that is how much they cost nowadays. After having an irrigation person look at our system, the timer box was good, but a controller was stuck. He replaced it, but still, the system would not shut off, so he suggested the check valve was faulty. We called Dee, and even though he said that was not the problem, he came back out and changed the check valve (without charge!). He was right; that did not correct our problem. Again, he said it was an electrical problem. Finally, our electrician came out and replaced the outlet and upgraded our line to 220 v. Problem solved. I give Dee with Well Dr and Accessories five stars for knowing his stuff, for being polite, and for returning when we thought we had a solution. I highly recommend this competent young man.
