I called themnout for a free canera inspection of my plumbing. Was told i have tree roots griwing thru pipes. This was not tge case. Bu thecvideo i was showed was all blurry. Could nit see tree roots. I was recommended clearing out off pipes thru the roof stack vents. O e person came out abs worked all day. Just to tell me that the roots were so thick she couldn't get thru. She said someone else would be out next day. They called and said they were sending out a more experienced crew. They came and hydrogenated and only fou d a toilet paper clog. NO TREE ROOTS IR DAMAGE. This whole experience was misleading. They could have simply snaked a toilet paper clog. And instead charged me 1800$ fir a simple toilet paper clog. I did not need what the original person said I needed fir the tree roots that did not exist. read more

I call because we had a back upinone of our bathrooms and with 20 min he found the clean out that our home inspector said he couldn't find. Within an hour and a half he had us cleared out and ran a camera down our line showing we we clear and find have any roots from our trees. This company is the WORST!! They came highly recommended to my elderly parents, and did a horrid job. A job that should have been a one day job took place over multiple days. Multiple people were called in to try and rectify the issues that were left behind caused by inexperienced "no so handy men". Bathtub doors weren't even able to be placed in appropriately due to the the shower insert being offset. Rusty water from inappropriate nails being used, shower doors that cannot be opened on one side because of gaps due to the shower insert being offset. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Had a water heater replaced and 4 angle stops. Techs were friendly and did a basic job. They put the shut off valve in backward so couldn't operate the valve because it would crash into electrical box. Instead of replacing the valve or even switching the handle they simply bent it upwards to avoid crashing into the electrical. It's functional but requires far more force to close due to lack of leverage, it's more a knob now than a handle. Overall OK, the service was fast and priced in the middle of other quotes. read more

This company is a scam and sell's financing, my daughter called them to unclog a drain they looked and offered three proposals at starting at $18,000 down to $7,000 I think, I refused all free offers then they said they could get it opened and usable for $750 they tried and couldn't get it unclogged but if I gave them $3000 more, then they could do it. I paid them for $750 and sent them along their way. When I finally got back to town, I went to Home Depot rented a drain snake for $67.38 and bought a wax ring for the toilet for $6.98. It took me three hours to go pick up the drain snake from Home Depot . Come back to the house pull the toilet unclogged the drain replace the toilet and return the drain snake to Home Depot this company is definitely a scam. A real plumbing company will give you an hourly rate and stay until the job is completed. What they will not do is charge you $750 to try. See attached pictures. read more

INSANE INFLATED QUOTE !!!!! $495.00 to replace a wax seal and I was told if the flange was others would be more cost. I'm 58 & had a accident in April that caused severe herniated discs in my back & neck & left me with 2 tears in my shoulder & I managed to replace the wax seal & the flange was damaged so I replaced that also all by myself for $20.00 !!!! It is very unfortunate to say this used to be my go to company until a recent experience completely changed my mind. Sean was out recently and was badmouthing one of my favorite plumbers who I guess is no longer working there, which I am also very upset about. Sean was using an extremely obscene language had a bad attitude and was also saying inappropriate comments about Scott and Tyler, who I know personally. After getting a hold of the new manager, Zack in the office to discuss the situation with Sean, he got extremely aggressive made me feel uncomfortable. It is sad to see a company get destroyed from the inside out. I called for an appointment to get the plumber to fix my bathroom faucet, I expected the plumber to show up to do the work, instead a salesperson showed up to give a quote. The positives for this company is that the salesperson was on time, the representative who answered the phone and set the appointment was very professional and helpful. I was able to get the plumbers to come out on the same day to install bathroom faucet. The negative was that they are too expensive, initial quoted price was $1200, I negotiated down price but I would not use the company again. read more
