Came back 2 days later and had them make copies for me. The guys doing the work we're fine, but the owner was really obnoxious, arrogant, condescending, and insulting. I didn't realize it, but It's standard practice in the industry to cut the keys for free if you bring the blanks. I fully expected to pay for the cutting, but he declined and simply acted like an ass. If he'd been smart enough to check Amazon himself he could have sold me 10 keys, and gained a loyal customer. Instead, he alienated me with his rude, and obnoxious behavior. I was there quite awhile while they cut and stamped 10 keys for me and watched the owner deal with several other customers with the same rude, obnoxious, and dismissive style. There's something not quite right about the owner. My experience was more in line with the other negative reviews, and I view the positive ones with suspicion.

I specifically asked for a price and explained I had 2 doors with door handles & deadbolts so I needed 2 locks with the same key. The nice associate said it was $60 a lock but they really couldn't get me a price until the locksmith came out to look at the work. Which I explained nothing, this is not a negotiation and that seems shady and the associate said it was $60 a lock he then proceeded to tell me that it is 4 locks instead of a door knob set with handle and deadbolt. He then told me he would call his boss and call me back. When he called me back, he told me he changed them and it would be $280 and I said I did not give you permission to change my locks. He then was told by his boss to put my locks back. Instead he took their new locks off and left my doors without any door knobs and locks and Wide open anyone can come into my home. When I called the manager he told me they have my phone called recorded and they told me it was 4 locks when I listened to the recording I clearly explained the door lock situation and the associate clearly said that a price could not give me price until they see the job. Leaving a home without any door knobs and locks is extremely dangerous.

A random man, who showed absolutely no credentials, telling a 25 year old girl that he would follow her to the ATM! When she refused this option, the technician threatened to call the police. She was frightened, threatened, and overall terrified of this man, so I sent her the $178 via ApplePay to get her out of there and away from him. Once she made payment via AppyPay, he walked away mumbling obscenities and got in his car and tore out of the parking lot. NO NOT ever use this company, as they are intimidating, rude, threatening, and crooked!!
