After replacing the key fob battery and shell of the remote used with my 2007 Accord. I discovered that the car's security system no longer recognized my key. This means that besides losing most of the remote's functions, I could not start the car! Pop-A-Lock told me it would be 2 to 3 hours before a locksmith could come to me. About 10 minutes later one of their locksmiths called to say she could come to my home in 20 to 30 minutes. The solution to the problem with my key was not an obvious one but she worked carefully to diagnose it and fix it. Within 20 within 20 minutes the remote was fully functional and I was able to drive the car. I was extremely happy and must give her the highest rating. read more
