The problem I have is they use the same truck that was sent. If a different truck wasn't sent to tow my delivery vehicle why was I charged a double from what I was quoted? My driver did say it was an Isuzu box truck 350 with cab over engine. Don't know how you can get that mixed up. Just think they're very dishonest.

Jarell came out to help me with some battery trouble when I couldn't start my car after dropping my dog off at the vet. He got to me super quick, like 10 minutes. The lady they have handling the business end of things is a nightmare of an individual. We were towed from a location that had no signage and when I requested the name of the property owner who had us towed (which she is required to give) she refused. Then this lady accused me of removing the signs like I walk around with a screw driver roving parking signs. My recommendation to everyone who has dealt with these shady ass individuals is to look up the laws regarding the way you were towed, the fees charged and the laws surrounding them releasing your vehicle and the information they are required to give you based off state law. Now these people have pissed me off to the point that I'm taking this as far as I can go and I hope those of you that have been disenfranchised by this shady acres business model they have so the same. The customer service leave much to be desired. The lady that calls and sends the text messages does not have an ounce of compassion, professionalism or Jesus in her.
