For some reason he used my ignition switch first, forcing it back and forth till I thought it might get damaged. When I expressed concern he said "You have only two choices..I do this or you get a new ignition switch and they're expensive." WTF? He said he usually uses the helmet lock keyhole or the sidepanel one to make an ignition key, yet only tried those after nearly breaking my ignition switch. And he got nowhere with them. Surly attitude too. When I asked a question he either glared at me like I was an idiot or ignored me. When he admitted he was "at a dead end" I told him I'd just get someone else, he warned me there was only one other smith in town. I fired him and got my mechanic to do it. Took him all of 10 minutes. I'd never call these guys again. The rave reviews here amaze me. Maybe since I'm from Austin where there are dozens of locksmiths and they need to be knowledgeable to stay in biz I'm just used to competence?

Now nothing was taken, so that's a good thing. I chose to replace my windshield that had several cracks in it, YEAH REALLY EMBERICING to take on a showing of a house.... So it had to be replaced at some point. Well the set back was less than $300 for both windows looks amazing and I'm completely happy with the work and the price. With that said I don't want to go to Binwangers Glass Co. again. STOP SMASHING MY FREAKING WINDOWS!!!
