I had received an email that needed to be printed and overnighted immediately. While my hotel offered a place to print, they were unsure where I could find a local Fed Ex store. I didn't have a car with me so the stress on a Saturday was quickly rising as to how I would meet my deadline, when my daughter suggested calling Postal Connections. I am recently a new customer to their store so new, they don't know me. I took a chance and called. I was able to email them my letter. They printed it for me and then packaged & Fed Ex'd it for me all while I sat poolside never having to hunt down a local Fed Ex. This store is irresponsible, misleading, and only cares about charging you money upfront. Once they get your payment, they wash their hands and blame "the delivery." Nobody tells you the truth, and they don't take responsibility for anything. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this UPS Store. Especially for mail box service, all mails are kept safe even I sometimes go to retrieve after over a month long vacation (and this time with this corona virus outbreak) ! If I get a package delivered, they will send you their own tracking via e-mails so I can track that specific package using password. You can drop off mails and boxes to be mailed with easy and fast !
