It was not super busy, and I went midday on a Saturday. There's a decent amount of seating, and if you don't want to dine in, you can definitely stroll up and down the area, as there are so many other eateries and businesses to explore on that strip. My lavender matcha latte was really tasty and perfect for the hot summer day. I will definitely patronize this little spot again. It's cute, and the price points are within reason. I was surprised to find the servers, in what should be a HAPPY PLACE, extremely rude. Right - getting gelato (aka ice cream) should be a happy experience. I wanted a few samples and didn't quite understand the sampling rules. For anyone that goes, YOU PAY first and then they let you sample to pick your flavor. No issue with that for me, other than they should have a little clearer direction versus the perceived looks that I should have known that. My suggestion - post something to let the customer know so they don't stand around bewildered. While we were eating our treat, we did see many people go through the same struggle. Next, the workers should not lie. My husband has some disabilities from a medical problem and I asked if they had a regular spoon I could get versus the very small gelato utensil. They right out told me "no, they did not have any other type of spoon". So he used what they had, which made the experience difficult. As we were eating, I noticed they had pies and some other desserts in the case (see photos). I then asked if you ordered a slice of pie, what do they give you to eat it with. Well, what a surprise, the cashier pulled out a lovely regular spoon with a long handle. I asked why they didn't say that before and no one could respond. I do know more than likely it is not the workers fault, but how they were trained by the manager. I will end on a good note, which is why I have given this a 3-star and not a 1-star. The GELATO - was great. We ended up with lemon pie and vanilla & two varieties of chocolate hazelnut. We shared them and loved the taste. I will not return due to the workers basically saying something that was not true when asked to help someone be able to better enjoy the experience.

I ended up up getting a box with 5 flavors - Red Velvet, Mango and Raspberry were a few of the flavors. I got them as a gift for my daughter and she LOVED them. She said they were some of the best she has had. She particularly enjoyed the fruit flavored ones. I got the small Caprese Panini while my husband got the Italian Panini. He loved his and said he would come back to get it again. Both of our sandwiches were on toasted bread but I was expecting more of a pressed and grilled panini so while mine was fine, it just wasn't what I was expecting. For example, the mozzarella in my sandwich was still cold. However, the desserts are the real star at this place. I got the special Dubai Chocolate Gelato which is a layered gelato dessert and it was so good! I would definitely come back for that.
