Kamari uses the freshest fruits and natural ingredients to make his sorbets, and you can tell by the flavor. They are not only delicious but also stunning. I've never seen someone put so much attention and detail into the presentation of sorbet, garnished with beautiful flowers and exotic fruits. I love their mango passionfruit sorbet that is actually topped with fresh passion fruit -- incredible! The best vegan/dairy-free treat. Be sure to follow along with them on IG so you can see their pop-up schedule. They also do amazing event catering!

Every single one is a knockout! Super creamy, super decadent, rich vivid flavors and also lightly sweet options abound. While everyone talks about their Dubai Chocolate (and it is amazing) I was blown away by their Coconut. Light coconut flavor with bits of shaved coconut and an ultra creamy barely sweet base that was out of this world! They also have a banana pudding blend which was worth writing home to Mom about. We loved this place so much that we brought our neighbors the next day to try more flavors. The prices are very very reasonable for the level of quality/quantity. This is our new go-to spot for gelato in the Lee Vista/Narcoossee area!

I found this shop at the Plant Street Market, and casually looked at the chocolates and pastries they had. Then suddenly the attendant (probably the owner) cheerfully asked if she could help me. She mentioned all of the desserts were made in house, so I had to try their peanut butter chocolate dome. I decided to take it home, so she happily boxed it and gave me a bag as well. When I got home, I took half of it. It tasted like a mousse cake, which was creamy and chocolatly. The peanut butter inside was also very nice. I saved the other half the next day, and enjoyed every bite. The cake was about the size of the pastries at the Fresh Market, but a bit better quality. For 8 bucks, it was a nice splurge. I wish there was a small seating area to enjoy the pastrie at that stall, but I guess you could just sit on one of the seats at the market instead. Definitely coming back to try their homemade chocolates too, even though it's a bit pricey. Overall: A

I'll definitely be back to try more flavors, as well as sample some of the lovely chocolates they have. Highly recommend!

3.5 Stars After…read morebemoaning Orlando's lack of specialty ice cream joints, I was so excited to find the Ice Cream Social Club. The brainchild of Chef Ralph Rendsland, this adorable food truck uses liquid nitrogen to to create custom ice cream and sorbets. Using these modern techniques, they serve up classics like Bananas Foster, Cherries Jubilee, Root Beer Floats and Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches. There are several organic and vegetarian options as well. I found their truck at the Orlando Food Truck Bazaar, and they were literally the cherry on top of a perfect evening. I ordered their Cherries Jubilee -- dark bing cherries simmered in an almond citrus sauce and generously served with their homemade vanilla ice cream. I loved their cherry sauce; it was tart and sweet and tangy all at once. However, I found their vanilla ice cream disappointing. Visually, it was beautiful -- a rich warm color with a perfect creamy texture, but the flavor had a bitter aftertaste I found unpleasant. I think they may have used too much vanilla in their flavoring process, but I'm not too sure. My friend tried the lemoncello sorbet, but found it unimpressive. The texture was much too hard and felt like they'd taken frozen lemonade and hacked it up to bits. For the moment, they only seem to have more classic flavors, but I hope, in time, they'll offer more radical choices. :) Their truck is awesome. Designed to look like a vintage ice cream parlor, their look contrasts perfectly with the modern techniques used to make their desserts. Inside, you see enlarged photos of Chef Rendsland celebrity chefs, including Paula Deen and Martha Stewert. Their staff is friendly. Overall, I can't wait to try them out again since I love specialty ice creams and I love the vibe they give off. I hope to see them around!

The customers in front of me ordered brownie sundaes, but they were so big that you would need at least 2 people to finish it. Even after I tasted both, I don't think I could have just picked one. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Ralph Rendsland himself and he is such an interesting person to talk to. He is very passionate about what he does and it definitely shows in his ice cream.
