If you're a Pop Mart aficionado and have been to several different locations, rejoice! Not because they have labubus (cos who does these days,) but because the staff here are the NICEST and friendliest staff I've ever come across! Retail is not an easy feat especially when your brand is at the peak of popularity - I get it! However it was so lovely to interact with the employees here. From the young lady handling crowd control at the door, to the young man who rung me up, and even a simple "hello, welcome!" from passing associates - I loved my visit! I really wish this was my local Pop Mart but alas, I was just passing through for the weekend. Seriously, they are the nicest!! I walked out with two Molly bow blind boxes and one Instinctoy hug you box, feeling very pleased with my impulse buys. Hope to come visit back here soon! read more

0 stars if I could. I waited in an external line. When I got in no one greeted me or let anyone know if you're purchasing a labubu, you have to create an account. They only told me that while standing in the check out line. Not only did they have no internet in the store the employees gave me attitude and said go walk around. They even asked the person in front of me to create an account and didn't bother to ask me. On my way out I let the greeter know how service can be better, but no. What's frustrating is they restock the individual boxes from other sets which causes duplicates. I understand it's a "blind box" but it's very unfair when we buy 2 boxes out of a set and is left with a duplicate because of this procedure. The employees were unable to do anything/help with this issue and I left with 2 of the same Ted2 plushies. This is extremely infuriating as this wouldn't be a problem if we just put out new sets instead of mixing sets in. read more

We stopped by the store yesterday because I'd like to pick up some Pucky, Forest party series. None was on the shelves, so I asked a staff. She said they have them in stock room but it's at an offsite location that there was no way they could get them for me. When checked out for a couple items we got, I told Adyen about the situation. She was super nice and she recommended me to check with Randy, the store manager, who happened to be there. He said the same thing, they could not get it for us. So I asked what if I came back the next day, could they bring them and I would pick them up? He said most definitely, we confirmed I wanted 4 boxes and would pick up around 2.30-3pm the next day. Unfortunately when I showed up today, nobody knew about it and Randy was not in the store. After speaking to Kyle, the items were in a different location but that location is a stock room upstairs and it took Kyle less than 10 minutes to go and get them for me. I almost walked away but because Kyle was super nice about it, I bought the whole case and a few other items. Kudos to Kyle and Adyen, congrats to Fashion Show location to have such nice staff with services mind. Thumbs down for other current lazy staff and lip-service manager, Randy. Two cashier stations, three people behind the counter, one cashier working as slowly as possible. The other two I guess just talk to each other and look at the crowd. Also made me set up an account for a labubu but then there was a huge line so I left without buying. At some point you'll need to stop relying on cult status and get people who act like customer service and trained sales people. read more

This place I located in the Miracle Mile shopping enter in Planet Hollywood. It's a small store, small walking area. Everything is nicely displayed, but of worse what we wanted wasn't in stock. The service is friendly, they have someone inciting you in, they have line separators when it hits crowded. Getting what you want in store vs online from a reseller is always cheaper IF they have it in stock. read more

I'm so happy that Pop Mart is finally in Vegas! I know it opened awhile back but still can't believe we have one. Love love coming to the stores because they have a lot of blind boxes from their popular characters like Labubu/Skullpanda to collab ones like Marvel, Disney, and Sanrio. This place is heaven for collectors and for people with blind boxes addiction Everyone in the store is so helpful and the service is always 100%! I usually purchase my figurines and such through their website and get them shipped but its nice to see a store in Vegas. Located inside the Fashion Show Mall, near Nordstroms, Apple Store, Lululemon..etc. its packed with people because its a small store. But the displays are really well done and the items are impeccably organized. The prices are not expensive, most are 15-30 bucks unless you are looking for a high end/ limited item. read more

They had so many different types of blind boxes and everything was super organized. I was surprised to see that everything was in stock even with the store being so busy. I thought that would be more expensive but everything was fairly priced and it was worth it since there were so many options. The staff was friendly but left you alone to shop without being pressured which is nice when there are so many options and I walked around the store for about 30 minutes looking at everything. read more

Call out to the Las Vegas Pop Mart - best experience I've had. (I've been to Seattle, Vancouver and San Jose recently, for reference). First, Lashonda James made my Pop Mart trip delightful, she was so enthusiastic and informative. I was looking for Labubu and also new interesting items, she was great to let me know what I needed, and got me introduced and interested in new product lines, like Molly and Dimoo. Second, although the store is on the smaller side compared to other locations, Lashonda took the time to check for stock and information in the back room with her managers, even having 2 of them come out to answer my questions. Managers were super as well although I didn't catch their names, as well as 2 others at the cash register who were patient with customers despite the line - I appreciate that, treating each customer with respect and listening. Pop Mart is really lucky to have her and other employees, I actually returned to the store 2 other times later in the day to ask more questions and add to my purchases because of Lashonda. read more

I wanted a Labubu, but after weeks of trying to get my hands on one, I don't think it's worth my energy anymore. This store never has labubus and their website is just as bad. They're supposed to restock every Thursday at 7pm, but literally sell out in less than a minute because of bots and scalpers. What about us regular consumers? FIX YOUR SYSTEM. To start off my gf sent me to pick up her order with a QR code, I show up show the qr code and the woman at the counter says I would need to "log in to the app and show the QR code that way its store policy" I explain to her that my gf doesn't have an account she's been checking out as a guest and "Serena" who is helping me says that's impossible you need a account to get a qr code my gf is saying she doesn't have an account and has ordered online and picked up exactly the way I was trying to multiple times. My gf then has to make an account and send me the email and password to login, there is no service inside the mall I am trying to walk around to get service to even log in, I ask Serena if she could help me out and if I could log into the iPad they have on the counter and she just says "no that's your problem you have to have the app to get the QR code" I walk out finally am able to get service on my phone log in go back in the store show the QR code to her as she crosses her arms and says " my manager will take care of you " someone that's basically the face of the company should have a better attitude and willingness to help it was like I was bothering her when she was making it an inconvenience, it resembled an McDonald's employee who is upset about work. Would not go there again based off "Serenas" customer service if you could call it that. read more

Whoever decided to make the restock of The monsters on black friday online only and store pick up needs to rethink their strategy for the local consumer. online shop is riddled with bots and allows a wider market for people outside of vegas to place orders. I would rather line up for the releases and have the announcements be day of an hour before a drop or something like they did recently.
