Just like most kids, my 9-year-old daughter is obsessed with blind boxes and asked if we could stop in to see what they had available - she also had a $20 bill burning a hole in her pocket. This Pop Mart location is in the Roseville Galleria across from the food court. The inside was very small and the shelves were filled with different items from Labubu's to Crybabys to Peach Riot to even One Piece collaborations. I really liked seeing the fun futbol display they had setup right when you walked in too. My daughter chose a Toy Story 5 blind box and a Hirono blind box - she didn't get what she was hoping for from either box, but they were still cool. Staff were very friendly at the door - one employee in particular gave my daughter great recommendations on what blind boxes to choose. Overall, I get the appeal of blind boxes, but some of the pricing for just a little figurine is wild. I'm sure we'll be back again soon! read more

A slightly cramped and small pop mart location but staff are wondering when I visited. This location has less selection than other locations due to its smaller size. They have the major stuff but some more niche collections you won't find here. I came to this location because another location ran out of birthday pins. And this location has it stocked. So I happily made a purchase and picked up my birthday pin. Staff is very helpful here. read more

We came in on a weekday afternoon to find a Labubu to gift. The store is small & cramped with narrow aisles & not a lot of wiggle room, but luckily it wasn't as full as on weekends. During our short time there, we were approached by 2 workers. I would describe the first lady as overly chatty & a little pushy with information, but at least she was trying to be helpful & showed an inquisitive (slightly intrusive) interest. She did answer questions for us & was nice. It wasn't much of a break before we were approached by another worker who tried to engage us too. We just didn't need that much help or attention. She eventually rang us up & had a pleasant demeanor. There are a lot of items packed into this shop. It's neat that when we browse here from time to time, there are new things to see. read more

First time going to a Pop Mart store. We drove early in the morning and even though we got there before the mall officially opened, there were already people standing in line to get in. If you're a collector, this both IS and ISN'T a place for you! Expect to spend a lot of money because you want to buy the whole set of a certain collection. Excellent selection but be prepared if they don't have what you're looking for. Either they sold out or you can only purchase it online. I love the employees there! You can tell that they're all passionate about the brand and enjoy working there. I can't wait to visit other Pop Mart locations! read more

It's a smaller store so it's usually pretty crowded. There's always a ton of different items to pick from. Typically there's always a line to check out but it goes quick! Soooo I came here with k ma and we were looking for a la bubu and there wasn't any. Follow their ig story for the drops. . I did come out with a cry baby purse and it was so freaking cute and dressed as a Bumble bee. Freaking soft and attention to detail. . I also came back yesterday looking for more la bubu, but found twinkle twinkle candy bag charm. It's so cute and has a zipper that can hold my air pods. . Small little shop inside across from the food court. I like coming here just to try my luck to score a la bubu. . Value of the toys and bag charms are usually like 20 and up. The purse I got was only 35 which I thought was worth it. Depends what item you are getting. I'm really happy here every time it's like a surprise of luck to see what I can find. Not as big as the other pop marts in the area but still had good amount of series for sale. Its layout is nice even though it's tight. Easy to see displays and directs traffic organically. Nothing is really too high to reach too. It's in the second floor of the mall right next to the food court so plenty of seats to do your unboxing at after buying hehe. We've been to another Pop Mart and this one is definitely smaller. It's half the size but has a decent amount of stuff. Since it's small the place fills up fast, so the staff keeps a line outside limiting how many enter at a time. I'm not a huge collector but we like getting the Disney and Anime items. They also have some of their well known characters like Labubu and Crybaby. It's definitely fun to check out even if you're not a collector. read more

They have a pretty good selection of collectibles here, but they always run out of the popular ones. My daughter was excited Pop Mart was opening. I didn't understand what the fuss was about. We were here Sunday, 4/6. This was the last store before we went home. There was a line to get in and it was about 5 pm. We decided we'll go another day. Well, had to go back to the Galleria today (4/8) and we finally went in. Omg!! It's the cutest stuff!!! I wanted the Disney Classic Fairytale Series but they were sold out. Bummer!! But we ended up purchasing an entire box of Skull Panda The Sound Series. My daughter even let me open one. I love this popmart but I just came by tonight with my mom who lives out of town and this wonderful girl Cierra was soooo helpful!! We were inbetween the giant molly choices and she took the time to chat with us and go through the options and find us the perfect one!!! Where on your story and email it says for proof of email confirmation????? Just came to pick up my RTU and had to show proof of email confirmation and the worker even took a photo of my email! For what purpose did he need to do that for??? It was the only male worker. He was very rude and saying very rude things! You guys need to do better about your customer service! Horrible management and security!! Openings and drops are so bad. They claim people will be kicked out if on the premises early and say no early line up/camping. however when i arrive at the correct time for doors to open there is a VERY LONG LINE. People are lining up as early as 2AM. love the keychains but the workers are not keeping their word at this location and nothing is being done about this. even if you are in line they take a very long time to get everyone through (from experience during the opening). workers are very slow. read more
