The Space Bar was a surprisingly memorable find inside our hotel. I ordered the KBBQ Beef Bowl,…read moremade with brown rice, Korean braised beef, sambal, pickled cucumber, carrots, and black sesame seeds. Each bite delivered a burst of savory and tangy flavors that kept me going back for more. It was filling without feeling heavy, and the brown rice and fresh vegetables made it feel like a satisfying, healthier meal. Dessert was the real showstopper. We tried the zesty key lime pie with raspberry coulis, whipped cream, and fresh berries, along with the vanilla bean creme brulee made with Madagascar vanilla and topped with whipped cream and berries. The pie was bright and refreshing, while the creme brulée was rich, silky, and perfectly caramelized. Even though everything came in takeout boxes, both desserts were presented with an elegant attention to detail that made them feel extra special.

On a Friday evening, however, the entire parking lot was full so it was a no-go for us. Kind of glad it turned out that way, though, because Plan B landed us on the moon, aka The Space Bar. The view from the rooftop is stunning! Really the best part of the experience. Menu prices are reasonable. The signature cocktails are fun and certainly worth trying. Food is average. Interactions with our server were awkward at times, but mostly attentive. Getting water we asked for was a challenge, though. I would definitely return. It's a cool hangout spot.

I never knew they had so many breakfast, salad , and sandwich options in addition to smoothies and bowls. I still stuck with my original plan of getting an açaí bowl. I was thrilled to see that they were only $10.89, and topped with bananas, blueberries, strawberries, granola, coconut, and honey. It only took about 3 minutes to have it ready, and it was a pretty good-sized portion. The only drawback was that the açaí part seemed to be pre-made so it was very frozen. I would have preferred it a little softer because then it would have been easier to eat with the plastic spoon. (If I would haven taken it home to eat; it probably would have been the perfect consistency.) I was still happy overall with my bowl...it was the right price, made quickly, yummy, and fresh!

I stopped going to this location because they skimp on the portion sizes, the acai bowl is always iced over, and the smoothies almost never taste the same. Sara was our waitress and she did a fantastic job with our ~15 size group. Food was good. I had the chicken picatta with an upgraded rosemary potato's as a side. I also got the fried zucchini. All in all I was happy with the food. The chicken was on the smaller portion side but juicy , and flavorful. There is a very good wine menu (did not order) and cocktail selection. The sides were good as well. If I'm in the Titusville area again I'll stop by! -R

We started with the focaccia, served with balsamic glaze and shaved pecorino. The focaccia itself…read morewas delicious, but that balsamic glaze was ADDICTING. Sweet, tangy, rich... the menu says the bread comes with free refills, so naturally we thought, "Amazing, unlimited bread and balsamic!" Nope. The refills are for the bread, not the glaze. To be fair, this is completely on us because the menu does say that... Then came the Fig Out flatbread (prosciutto, figs, caramelized onions, bechamel, Gorgonzola, pecorino, arugula, and honey). This was one of those dishes where every ingredient sounds like it could compete for attention, but somehow it worked - all the flavors blended together so nicely. The short rib Bolognese (pappardelle with braised shredded short rib, pork, and herb ricotta, with noodles cooked properly al dente)...the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. The herb ricotta added a creamy, herby element that tied everything together. The server was friendly and prompt, though we did have to wait quite long for our dishes to come out. It was a cozy atmosphere perfect for intimate dates.

It's been so long since I've been to Jabbers, and even longer still since I reviewed them so an update is certainly warranted. The place is located where it's off our normal beaten path but a close friend reminded us of the place, so off we were to try them again, as if it were the first time. The place hasn't changed much since the last time I was there. Maybe new furniture, maybe new furnishing, but pretty much intact from what I recall. The menus did change as it is very targeted on choices to eat - which I find a good thing. For dinner, around the table, we had two "build your own burgers" and a shrimp and spinach salad. For an appetizer we had their onion petals (which I like better than those massive onions you get at the bigger places. Anyway, all the food was delicious - burgers cooked on point and the salad carried nice large shrimp - all good. We discovered they offer desserts from the local cupcake truck - cakes of all sorts (peanut butter, chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, etc.) that were supremely delicious. If there is a reason to come back it's for their foods and these cakes - phenomenal. Now, the issue with this place is definitely the service. Not to say the servers were lacking - because they were not - they were friendly and courteous. The problem is that they seem to need more of them. I kinda felt bad for the two that were working the room as they had to tag-team and help each other, not to mention how ragged they were running trying to keep up with everything and everyone - which they really couldn't. Again another person on the wait-staff would definitely help. We plan on coming back again, we will do so knowing we will be in for the long haul. If you're not in any terrible hurry, this place is worth the time.
