I went on a work trip recently (pretty large group). First time coming here but was overall happy with the experience. The staff was very friendly, polite and professional. Sara was our waitress and she did a fantastic job with our ~15 size group. Food was good. I had the chicken picatta with an upgraded rosemary potato's as a side. I also got the fried zucchini. All in all I was happy with the food. The chicken was on the smaller portion side but juicy , and flavorful. There is a very good wine menu (did not order) and cocktail selection. We started with the focaccia, served with balsamic glaze and shaved pecorino. The focaccia itself was delicious, but that balsamic glaze was ADDICTING. Sweet, tangy, rich... the menu says the bread comes with free refills, so naturally we thought, "Amazing, unlimited bread and balsamic!" Nope. The refills are for the bread, not the glaze. To be fair, this is completely on us because the menu does say that... Then came the Fig Out flatbread (prosciutto, figs, caramelized onions, bechamel, Gorgonzola, pecorino, arugula, and honey). This was one of those dishes where every ingredient sounds like it could compete for attention, but somehow it worked - all the flavors blended together so nicely. The short rib Bolognese (pappardelle with braised shredded short rib, pork, and herb ricotta, with noodles cooked properly al dente)...the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. The herb ricotta added a creamy, herby element that tied everything together. The server was friendly and prompt, though we did have to wait quite long for our dishes to come out. Vine & Olive is a great upscale spot with wines on tap and a lovely cocktail menu. Our server shared that they're a made-from-scratch kitchen that focuses on fresh Italian dishes. The burrata starter was good - it paired well with the complementary garlic confit. The arugula salad, balsamic glaze, heirloom tomatoes and peppadews were fresh and bright. If you like focaccia, you're in luck! It seems like that's the house bread for the table, croutons, and served toasted alongside select dishes. I had the mushroom ravioli and my side was the tomato bisque. It's more of a cheese ravioli in a brown butter sauce with mushrooms and cheese on top, but it was hearty and the portion size was appreciated. We also had the Cacio e Pepe - more of their interpretation of that dish, as it bordered more on the carbonara side to us. I'll try the main plates next time! Hands down the best quality of food in Titusville. This was my second time at Vine and Olive (the first was for brunch). They have a full bar with cocktails, beer and of course wine selections. The meal is started with fresh focaccia bread served with garlic olive oil. We ordered the breaded mozzarella, and the cheese was so soft and the sauce tasted fresh. For my entree I had the fresh catch of the day which was snapper served with risotto, the entree also came with a soup or salad. They do not skimp on portions! We stopped by Vine & Olive for Saturday brunch, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere feels upscale yet comfortable, making it a great spot for a relaxing brunch. I ordered the pancakes with brown butter syrup along with the Italian breakfast. The pancakes were absolutely delicious, and the brown butter syrup was such a unique touch. The Italian breakfast came with sausage, potatoes, and scrambled eggs, and everything was cooked perfectly. My husband had the meatball sub with potatoes, and he couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The service was just as impressive as the food. We actually ate here twice during a weekend trip to Titusville and overall, there's a lot to like. You can definitely tell they put care into many of their dishes. We started with the focaccia and whipped ricotta, and it was excellent. The focaccia was fresh and delicious, and the marinated olives were packed with flavor. My husband ordered the hanger steak, which was cooked perfectly and seasoned really well. I had the Marsala sirloin the steak itself was great, and the sauce had good flavor, although it was a bit thinner than I would expect for a Marsala sauce. Service was also friendly and attentive both times we visited. Unfortunately, the side dishes were a huge letdown. My risotto was, without exaggeration, the worst risotto I've ever had. It honestly tasted like plain boiled rice with milk and water, completely lacking seasoning, creaminess, or any of the rich flavor you expect from a risotto. I couldn't even get a few bites down. I mentioned it to our server, and she was very kind and removed it from the bill. It was only a $1.95 upcharge, so it wasn't about the money at all, I just wish it had been something I could actually eat. My husband's potatoes were also burnt. We came back the next day to give it another shot. We tried the shrimp appetizer, but those were a bit overcooked and slightly burnt as well. I also ordered the mac and cheese, which was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. Despite those issues, I would absolutely come back. The homemade bread, steaks, appetizers, and the service were all genuinely very good, and you can tell there's a lot of potential here. I just hope they give the side dishes the same attention they give the entres. Hopefully next time, the risotto will be as good as the rest of the meal. read more

I am absolutely obsessed with this place. Between the quality of food to the decor to the fabulous costumer experience, vine and olive has been cemented as a highlight of my trips to titusville. This weekend trip that I've taken to titusville has been no exception to my rule for visiting vine and olive (in fact I've actually came twice!) Riley and Lorie are amazing! They're both incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and equally as sociable. I came in and ordered a mushroom pasta with prosciutto as per Riley's recommendation and I have to admit that it was the perfect recommendation. The pasta reminded me of a dish that I had in italy! I will be 10000% ordering that from now on. I visited for brunch and every single thing was fantastic; you really can't go wrong with whatever you order. Lorie recommended the pancakes and I'm so grateful that I took her advice! We ate it so quickly I didn't even have the chance to take a pic. read more

Last night we dined at Vine & Olive restaurant for the first time(it won't be our last). It was a great experience, I found the restaurant to be intimate although seating by the bar was a lot loud but the vibe was fun. We made reservations just in case. Let's get to the nitty gritty, service was great. The menu is small but to be expected from a scratch kitchen type of restaurant, it means everything was made in house from scratch and it showed. We started with drinks, we chose flavored lime-ades and a Brew from a local brewery. Appetizers were fried calamari topped with delicious pickled onions and in-house fresh focaccia bread with olive oil, balsamic paste. For entrees I chose the Quincey cattle filet, cooked medium with herb ricotta mash potatoes and my husband ordered the wood grilled salmon. When my plate was delivered, i was asked to check if my steak was cooked to my liking, this was a first time, I thought it was nice to check. Dinner is going nicely. Let's move to the desserts. Omg! I ordered the Tiramisu which was creamy, delicious and big portion, definitely got my money's worth. My husband ordered the biscotti cheesecake, he loved it. We walked in and the first thing was two young ladies behind the counter with a big Welcome and big smiles, exactly how you want to be greeted. Our waiter Noah was Outstanding. The starter of bread with REAL olive oil (EVOO) and oregano was really good. The service and food and cocktails were Great. Even the house made Italian salad dressing was also really good. The only advice that I can add is, no matter what you order, for $1.59 get a side dish of Risotto, not easy to make good and theirs was very good. Definitely make a reservation! This place is popular. The service was excellent and nice view across the road to the River. The Brussel sprouts are a must! Crunch with salt and spice and sweet. It's a perfect combo! It was our favorite. The layered lasagna is just that lots and lots of layers and not a lot of meat so if you love pasta go for it! The fish tasted like burnt so it would could have been better. They were pretty busy so we didn't want to complain about it. The artichokes were good with the dipping sauce . We also had a salad that was good. The inside is very trendy with low lights once the sun goes down and clean vibe. Large drink selection. They reserve empty bar stools. Two empty stools during happy hour and after, had a "Reserved" sign. No one sat there. Thus, after work, I was tired, yet couldn't sit there and order the "half price appetizers at the bar only," for dinner. I'll never go here again. Rude of bartender to do this. No customer service. Had a 70th birthday dinner 5/30/26 at vine and olive. Think was my third visit to this restaurant. We were impressed by the enthusiasm of our waitress. Ordered drinks and appetizers that arrived quickly and were quite tasty Soups and salads came out next quickly and were good That's when it went down hill. After an extremely long wait the dinners arrived. The two pasta diners were served cold but the catch of the day were both hot. I think the pasta had been waiting on the fisherman to catch the fish The waitress informed a management' person who came out to speak to us. She failed to step up to the plate and explain why the long wait or the cold food. You would think she would have checked in with the kitchen before coming to talk to us. She didn't do anything to correct the situation and we never saw her again. The shrimp pasta was described as extra large Argentine red shrimp. They were just large shrimp Very unhappy about two of our four meals and the fact that they did nothing to make up for the cold food. The focaccia bread is life-changing. I've been here twice and looking forward to more visits. The first visit we sat on the patio which offered ample shade. As a self proclaimed wine snob, I was honestly not impressed as there was too much domestic (CA) wine for my preference. The meatballs were also just okay. BUT to my delight, on my second visit I discovered the wine list changes up and there were a plethora of international options including a South African GSM blend. Must haves so far - the crispy gnocchi appetizer and anything that comes with the focaccia. The spinach artichoke dip was very little portion with tons of bread leftover (not complaining about that part). Short rib bolognese was bursting with flavor. Cabernet burger was perfection. Chicken Marsala was very tasty, though wish it also came with a vegetable along with the mashed potatoes. Service was great both times! Inside is a little noises when it fills up. read more

We got lucky and she also ended up being our server. She was on top of drinks, helped make recommendations, and also helped us troubleshoot when the kitchen ran out of the lasagna after we'd already ordered. The food was pretty good! This was our first visit here. Upon entry, two persons at the front were chit chatting, it took a second for them to realize we were there. We got seating pretty quickly. We sat for a few minutes before the waitress got our drinks. They took a while to come out, but they were good. The food also took a while to come out. I got the lemon cream chicken. My husband got the bucatini and meatballs. Both dishes were fairly small, with a hefty price tag. My chicken was dry and neither the chicken nor pasta was creamy. So disappointing, we were really looking forward to visiting this place while in the area. The wait staff was running around, clearly trying to do too much, and the kitchen was painfully slow. It took 45 minutes to get an order of flatbread and shrimp appetizer. We did get our fried artichoke hearts fairly quickly, and they were okay, though nothing I would order again. The shrimp appetizer was overly oily and had way too much red pepper in it to the point it bothered my throat and later my stomach. I typically can handle pretty spicey food too. We came here for our first time this morning and had a GREAT experience. We had Sunday Brunch which was phenomenal! I had the Grilled Peach French Toast with fresh whipped cream and I'd give it a 20/10. Unfortunately, I think I had the last one and they have now switched over to Strawberry, but I'm sure the Strawberry will be just as good. My Husband had the blood Mary which was also very good. They have both inside and outside seating and it is very spacious. The view from the road is very misleading as you think it is a small restaurant, but it extends backwards providing more seating. The food was very good. Service was good. The AC was not working very well. They sat us right next to a window, single pain and it was so hot. We were sweating. Two flies kept landing on our table. My seat had food in it when they sat us. I had to clean it. They were so busy they had to wash dishes because they did not have enough. Wine glass had something black on it I had to clean. The knives they brought did not look very sanitized. The orange juice for our mimosa was very watered down, like old school frozen juice. I don't know. The food, the drinks, the attentiveness, the vibe--everything surpassed our expectations. Our event manager was amazing and helped us pick our menu, preordered apps that were ready upon our arrival, and printed personal menus that elevated the experience. Our server handled 20 guests and their requests so easily. No one waited more than a few minutes for a refill on their drink or to be asked if they need anything else. The chef's food tasted amazing and came out promptly. Plus, there was always warm food on the table for munching.
