If I could, I would give a million stars. Yvette, her team and partners were absolutely amazing. Wedding planning in general, with or without a pandemic is no easy task. My fiancé and I got engaged in Jan 2019 and after venue shopping and planning, we were referred to Yvette in May 2019. At the time, we decided to not do a pop up since we ended up deciding to do a wedding on a cruise in 2020. Well obviously that fell apart thanks to the pandemic! Yvette was there to save the day! We were hoping things would get better in 2020 but COVID cases kept rising so we said screw it, let's do the pop up wedding! And we are SO happy that we did! We didn't want to do a huge party and spend thousands on a wedding but we got the upscale wedding look for so much less. Yvette and her team were offering these COVID packages (see their Instagram to see if still on going) and we had an officiant, seating for 25, cake, photographer venue and decorations all for under $2000. My family was worried that since we were spending significantly less than the average wedding cost that it wouldn't be as nice. In fact, we were criticized prior to the wedding, but then the day of the wedding arrived and they were in awe. It was so romantic and beautiful. Yvette and her team added flowers, candles and just made the night so magical. The cake was delicious and over all the experience was dreamy and magical. Pop Up Weddings Houston also go beyond the pop up wedding bookings. Yvette does weddings of all sizes! They actually do wedding give aways on their instagram so check it out if you're recently engaged! They also work with vendors/partners who provide live streaming services, photo booths and more! I was skeptical about being able to have an affordable wedding and high expectations, but Yvette delivered! All discussions about and photos I sent her of our vision - she exceeded our expectations. Our family and friends were so curious to see how our pop up wedding would turn out, never having heard of one, and we only received compliments. My favorite comment was that we had focused on the most important parts of a wedding, and that's how all weddings should be! Aside from our ceremony venue coordinator sometimes, we never had to deal with vendors, which saved so much stress, and Yvette's vendors were amazing!! My bouquet and his boutonnière looked exactly like the Pinterest photos I had sent her. I had my consultation with Yvette. Although I decided to have a more traditional wedding with my existing wedding planner I had before meeting Yvette. I still would love to rave about Yvette and our consultation. Firstly, Yvette was always extremely accommodating prior to the consultation, she answered any and all questions I had about the process. Her responses were very timely. Upon meeting, Yvette worked with me to see what my vision and options were from potentially reducing my 150 person wedding down to a 50 person wedding. She provided floor plans and great options to help me make a decision. If we would have went with the smaller wedding option, I would have definitely hired Yvette (even though Yvette does all types of weddings big and small, we already hired our wedding planner prior to meeting with Yvette).
