Took thirty minutes to get my food from drive thru. I watched people come in, sit down, and get served their food way faster.

Haven't had Popeyes in about 6 months so I decided why not it's been a while....during lunch time…read moreso I expected it to be packed by the hospital employees but to my surprise it wasn't many people there Look like ppl were there for their lunchtime as well....I see now you have to order food through the kiosk which is cool...ordered my food and within the matter of minutes my food was ready....the tenders with red beans and rice and a biscuit....fresh hot and was satisfying for lunch.... The place was clean didn't go in the restroom but overall the lobby area was real clean No issues which whenever the Mister and I go for their coupon deals we never have any issues with the staff...they are always friendly and nice

My son order the chicken sandwich, I order a promo deal meal, tender (3), two sides both fries, and a biscuit. This was the first meal of the day for the both of us. Once we return back to the campus, My son completed his sandwich, and most fries, once I got to my tenders, the chicken was very hard, as if they were cooked twice, and became inedible, they were also cold. The biscuit was also cold and very harden, like almost crackers at the bottom. It was not much bread texture of a biscuit. I called several times, to report the subpar food. No one answer either time I contact them. I return back to the place after the ceremony, with 2 out of 3 of the tenders, and its was completely empty, inside and drive-thru. I visit the drive-thru window and gave details and about the order and inform that I indeed called, but no answer. and the Store Manager Bernice had a very nasty attitude. I got bad freaking food and Bernice had the nerve to have. NASTY AS attitude. Girlfriend are you serious. She was loud and pointing her finger saying that when I request a refund that I need to return ALL THE FOOD, while she was continuing to talk shit. I was so confused. Because I was all of respectful and paid my money for crap. Clown all you were going to do was trash it. BERNICE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL because fries and a biscuit was missing and did not go to the trash? Girl get a clue. The assist manager ( I believe) was very kind, and she apologized for her Store manager behavior, and provide the detail I was inquiring.

It doesn't seem like it's been in a heating tray since they opened their doors. Yum! Speaking of tasty, the one star I would deduct is that sometimes it is a little salty. I may be on my own since I do love seasoned food but I use very little salt in my food. My favorite items are: Mango passionfruit lemonade 5/5: My Mum eating mangos her whole pregnancy with me had me saying I'm allergic to mango. I couldn't even tolerate the smell. These days I've been introducing it back to my diet and it has been mostly good. I love this drink! It tastes primarily of mango but the passionfruit and lemonade shine as well. So refreshing sweet and tart. Perfection! Chicken bites/ nuggests: 4/5 These bite size pieces of chicken are delicious with their honey mustard or without sauce. They come in a small box so it's not mammoth pieces of chicken. Enough to offer up one and fill your belly with the rest. They are juicy and seasoned well. They just need to be gentle with the salt. Onion rings: 5/5 To continue the theme. You are not getting a mammoth portion. You will not feel sick after eating these. You will reach satiety. These are fried well and not greasy one bit. They must change their every day or every other day, which can take time. Also, these are great with their honey mustard and you can share a ring or two with anyone interested in what they taste like. It's not a lot, it's enough. Yumzers!

I pulled forward to place my order and there was a human! A very courteous and knowledgeable young man there to help answer all my questions and make recommendations. I mentioned it was my first time so it would take me a bit of time to he said no problem and started walking me through the menu and recommending options based on my answers to his questions. I settled on the double bacon burger with avocados and tater tots with barbecue sauce for dipping and a flavored lemonade. He offered to add a jaggers sauce and explained with the expertise of a trained sommelier the ingredients and flavor profile of said sauce. True to his word, it was indeed smokey with a hint of pepper. The line moved quickly, payment was easy, and I was on my way. The burger was juicy and had all the right proportions for the condiments. I checked and it had mayonnaise and mustard, but it was still a bit bland. In hindsight, I should have added some of the jaggers sauce, but I didn't want the sauce to overpower the avocado and bacon flavors. Tots were good and seasoned. The drink was about 1/3 beverage and 2/3 ice so I made a mental note to ask for light ice next time. Overall, great meal with lots of options to try later. Excellent customer service and a great first impression. This was a car in the driveway after a long day meal so unfortunately, I didn't take pictures.

Best Sliders in Houston - Fresh and Delicious Every Time!…read more I stopped by Chubbies Sliders at 14775 Memorial Dr in Houston's Energy Corridor, and wow, it exceeded all expectations! This spot is a gem for anyone craving perfect little burgers and more - fast-casual done right with a focus on quality. The standout for me is how everything is cooked to order and delivered hot and fresh - no soggy or lukewarm food here! I got the Combo 3 with a mix of sliders: the classic Chubbie (juicy beef patty, grilled onions, American cheese, and that addictive Chubbie sauce), the Rodeo Clown (with bacon, onion ring, and cheddar - pure indulgence), and the Firecracker for a spicy kick. Each one was perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with flavor on those soft buns. The crispy fries were spot-on - hot, golden, and nicely salted - and paired amazingly with the sliders. I also tried the house-breaded chicken tenders, which were crunchy outside and juicy inside. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the whole meal hit the spot without feeling heavy. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly and efficient (even during a busy lunch rush), and it's great for takeout or a quick bite. Mostly carry-out vibe with a few seats, but that's perfect for the fresh-made focus. Chubbies has quickly become my go-to for sliders in Houston. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and try it - you won't be disappointed! Highly recommend!

I picked up lunch from this place during the workday after finding it on the map. Interesting…read moreconcept, as the only other slider "restaurant" that comes to mind is White Castle, to which I haven't been so cannot speak to how this compares. I placed an online order - it quoted my food to be ready in 15 minutes but I got the text that it was ready in just 7 minutes. Fast service! When you pull up, it's a bit hidden in the strip center so keep an eye out for the Chubbies sign or you might unknowingly drive past. The restaurant itself is very small with only a few tables for dining in, so I think it's meant to be more of a takeout place. My food was ready for me to pick up on the shelf to the right of the counter. I was able to get additional napkins and ketchup at the adjacent self-serve station. I got the Chubbie and Rodeo Clown sliders with a side of fries. Total came out to just over $11 after tax which is pretty reasonable for lunch. The Chubbie is their classic slider, patty with cheese and diced onions. The Rodeo Clown was a patty with cheese, bacon, and onion ring. These came with a side of their house Chubbie sauce for dipping. I did like the Rodeo Clown much more because of the add-ons for the same price as the Chubbie. Nonetheless, both sliders tasted good and with the side of fries, I was content. I will say that the real deal was a bit of a disappointment compared to the photos they have on their online menu. IRL, the sliders appeared smaller and flatter. The fries were standard straight cut fries served in a paper bag. I do wish that they would have at least put the fries in a cup or butcher paper inside the bag, because all the grease got soaked up in the paper bag and made for a bit of a mess. I hope that this place makes it, as the employee (owner?) working the counter when I came in seemed like a genuine guy who was happy to help. I'd love to try more of their sliders as well as the chicken tenders because I read that these are massive!

I ordered the gyro combo and it was next-level. The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, stuffed generously with all the classic gyro essentials, and wrapped in warm, soft pita. Every bite was balanced and satisfying. The fries were fresh, hot, and flavorful--not an afterthought at all. And the baklava? Flaky, sweet, and rich without being overpowering--absolutely delicious. Don't skip the house hot sauce--it adds the perfect kick and takes the gyro to another level. This is exactly the kind of locally owned business that makes a neighborhood special. I went with the bacon avocado burger and onion rings. The pics don't lie. The burgers are massive I barely got down 1/2 and 2 ORs. I ordered the cheeseburger, and while the burger is big, it still has to be put together well--and the bread should not be soggy at the bottom. Mine was, and the whole burger ended up being pretty messy. The onion rings had a cake-like texture--soft and sweet--but I think they could improve the batter so they stay a little sweet while still getting that crisp bite. The steak fries were not fresh at all and were extremely salty to the point of being uneatable. We only ate about half of our burgers, and the rest had to be discarded. It felt like a waste, especially since the steak fries had to be thrown out too. A few of my coworkers didn't enjoy their burgers either.
