I ordered the shrimp & okra, the wing platter with the eggrolls(2) and the hot lemon pepper wings & a margarita! First thing first, she was extremely rude. Like for no reason. Wouldn't let me change my order when the order had just got sent in and not paid for, I should've walked out then. All I wanted to do was take an eggroll and biscuit off but u can tell she was money hungry. She was very rude and just was rushing for the money. That instantly made my husband mad. Anyways not only was the lady, I think her name was Mama D rude she put the order in wrong. I was there at 3:50 ish so I was just in time for happy hour at 4, so I waited to order my drink. She didn't want me to order it to go for whatever problematic reason so I told her I didn't want it bc I knew I couldn't finish the margarita that quick. She told me my food was gone take wayyy longer so I said ok I'll have a drink while I wait. The food came out and I was like I knew that was gone happen. Didn't even take one sip. She had an attitude bc not she had to give me the to go cup. Mind u the cups aren't the same she filled it up half way and said it's on special like I shouldn't be questioning why it was half full. Still left her a tip bc I support Black Businesses. Order was still wrong. . Just rude for no reason. The shrimp were good. I ordered hot lemon pepper it was mediocre. She was also rude to the ppl that walked in telling them where to sit. Business minded ppl would've had it blocked off or something. Excellent fresh food and drinks every time I visit!! The wings are packed with flavor and fried to pure crispy perfection! You get plenty of fresh fries or tater tots with your order as well. Pricing compared to quality of food is great. It's a whole flavor party in your mouth! Customer service is ALWAYS on point from the drink counter all the way to the kitchen staff. The owner is friendly and attentive to all the guest. He makes sure things run properly and that everyone has a smooth experience! I drive 40 minutes across town at least 3 times a week and I'm never disappointed. I've turned all of my friends and family onto this place and they all love it as well. Even in the midst of the pandemic, they have not missed a beat and are practicing safety, social distancing and employees are wearing protective gear, mask, gloves etc while handling food and interacting with customers. Today i visited this place ( Krazy Kitchen ) for the 4th time. And guess what, it didn't disappoint. This place is batting 1000% at fresh food and wonderful customer service. Today i had the fish and shrimp and they literally piled the tatar tots on as well. The owner came out and I was trying my best to convince him make me a hamburger, but he said the cost of beef is so high, but he said eventually he's going to have to put it back on the menu. They get three stars because the drinks are pretty good and so I'd the food when they actually have everything. But They're always out if something. First time I ever went they gave me stale chips and didn't have replacements. 4th time I went they were out of cheese. All of this was before the food shortage. As a Black person, I can honestly say that this establishment makes it HARD for US to SUPPORT US. First, if a customer is paying EXTRA for additional toppings, sides, etc, then DO IT. This is my second time that I've paid for DRUMMETTES and have not received ALL DRUMMETTES. I normally don't make a big scene about certain things, but the customer service and quality of businesses of Houston is going DOWN. And this is not the first location of their's I've supported. The customer service and demeanor was piss sloppy and rude. I think a lot of times, these businesses begin to hire family and friends, and the value of the establishment and customer services begins to suck. I can say the inside was clean. I decided to ride through my old stomping grounds and found this gem. We loved them so much that we had to come back the next day. The customer service is awesome. They are super nice and helpful. The food is fresh and flavorful. We had the fried ribs and boudain balls, and that made us come back for more! The daiquiris are the best I've found in Houston! Impressed!!! I fell in love with the place around the middle of 2019. I thought they had the best flavored regular chicken wings and seasoned fries EVER.. So every chance I get I support them no matter how long I have to wait.. Well recently they got my order wrong and I did not like what I was given at all! I usually check my order but I didn't this time. When I got home I called and spoke with a lady that was so nice and very apologetic I honestly wasn't expecting that response. When I returned I was given fresh regular fried wings and fresh seasoned fries and they even gave me rolls, no charge!! I will forever support this place.
