Slow Saturdays! Came in on a Saturday afternoon around 12ish. The employees are standing in the front but not next to the register. I'm completely ignored until one of them decide to turn around. Once he does he proceeds to take my order. I had to repeat myself several times, it's as if I was talking to a wall. Waited 30 mins for my food to be done. After waiting for 15mins I inquired about the wait... he said I was waiting longer because I requested the wings well done. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had a party and ordered wings. Cost a lot of money for dried out overcooked wings. My guest couldn't eat it, it was so dry and ALL THE WINGS came like this. I don't think the employees there know what they are doing. I will never order from here again. FYI, a wing is not one wing cut into two pieces. It's a an entire wing. So literally a 12 piece wings is 6 wings cut into two pieces. * There's a basic problem here starting right off the bat. Customers are NOT getting what they pay for when they order chicken wings. Maybe it slips customer's notice, but a chicken wing is three parts. The drumette, the flat (wingette), and the tip. The drumette is the part attached to the rest of the chicken ( it looks like a miniature version of chicken drumsticks). You order 6 or 12 or whatever number of wings, and you get these wings sections (sans tips) COUNTED as WINGS. In effect, you get only HALF the chicken you pay for. And, it's pretty pricey. Manager says that she doesn't know, that that's the way the company "gives it to them to serve". That's the RIPOFF, my people. By far the worst wingstop I've been to, I was missing items after my food got delivered and when I called to get it fixed, the girl who answered gave me an attitude and claimed she couldn't find my order and that i had the wrong store, which is incorrect. Honestly i cant give this store itself one star because its not their fault that their sauces and food overall sucks. Wingstop is just overall over hyped and not tasty. The sauces are bland and very odd. Ive tried wingstop twice at two different locations and it is just not flavored right. I even tried the voodoo fries and the cheese was obviously that squeeze cheese thats just not very good. My entire order went in the garbage! I ordered classic wings and they sent me boneless wings. They didn't send my French fries! I ordered an orange Fanta but they sent me lemonade! I ordered a Diet Coke which I couldn't drink because it was hot! It took over an hour to deliver my food. Do not order food on any app from this location. The chicken is always undercooked and the fries are always burnt and soggy. No matter how many times I try they never get my order right. This was my first time ordering. I bought the "special" - boneless wings, chicken strips, and fries for $19.99. The food tasted like an overpriced frozen dinner. The chicken was not crunchy or fresh and had that microwave texture like when you put frozen meat in a microwave. The fries looked liked "yesterdays fries", they were cold and most of them were burnt. I could've save my money and bought cold chicken with an EBT card from Shoprite across the street. They give you a lot of fries and they are some of the nastiest fries I've ever had. The Wings were good. The Original Hot was perfectly seasoned.
