Had computer messages on drive thru menu board. So some house keeping undone on the computer. Took half my order and disappeared for 5 or 6 minutes . Came back and started over to review added my the other half of my order. Got to windows and got print out and noticed mistakes. Got home and my 3 pc was a partial 5 piece of grisly chicken. Extremely Disappointed I arrived about 5-10 minutes before closing, hoping for a decent meal after being in the hospital and finally able to eat. Unfortunately, it was a total waste of money. Do not visit this location. The manager is extremely rude. When I complained to him that my order the previous day contained raw chicken. He asked me for a receipt. This is one of my favorite Popeyes in the Greater Woodlands Area. First off and most important they have Never run out of the specials. I have got to make it a habit to come here first when I want Popeyes Fried Chicken. I'm so tired of being told by the Popeyes on Rayford and the one on Panther Creek by the Gosling Post Office that they are sold out of the main specials and even multiple side orders. The staff is friendly enough and I always get fresh hot chicken. They have spicy or mild or whatever mix you want. Give this Popeyes Chicken a try if the others are sold out of chicken items or sides :). Parking lot is smaller but has always had available parking spots. read more

Horrible drive thru service on a Tuesday. Specifically asked for natural gravy with a chicken tender order and no sauce was added to the order. After arriving home from a long drive and hubby being upset over no gravy, I then proceeded to call the Manager. Juan answered, however he hesitated to say his name. I was there for my lunch break and I just have to say I was very impress with the service provided. As soon as I walked in there was someone in-front of me and I thought it would take a while but it was quite fast and when it was my turn the girl taking my order was really nice to me and honestly patient since I had no idea what to get and she was giving me recommendations and everything. Worst experience ever. I visited this location about an hour ago after a trip to Walmart. After being rushed to place my order, they couldn't seem to get it right. When I arrived at the drive thru window, the female cashier and guy packing the order were exchanging a laugh. This was followed by the cashier asking, "You wanted green beans right?" They laugh again and the cashier hands me the food and my bank card with no receipt. I have a bad feeling about the food, specifically the green beans at that point. 7 minutes later when I arrived at home, all of the food was cold and there was a scoop of rice at the bottom of my green beans. First off after I got home I tried calling 3 times and no one answered. We ordered 1 chicken sandwich with xtra pickles and spicy chicken sandwich. We also ordered the 10.00 6 piece chicken box with 2 sides. The chicken sandwich had no xtra pickles. My spicy sandwich was almost too tough to bite thru. We did not receive one of our sides.
