I've gone here ever since my childhood with my friends Izzy and Hannah. I've had fun in the playpen all my life getting ice cream. The service there is amazing and I recommend you go here. It's very fun. They have remodeled it in there and the drive-through people are very kind. read more

I came to this location last Saturday and was pleased. They had people taking orders outside and getting people through the line very quickly, (usually have to wait a while on Saturdays), Joe or Joel took my order and was very friendly, even asked if my dog would like a "pup cup". As with all chick-fil-a restaurants, this one was really great. The spicy chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection & was really delicious. The waffle fries were really yummy as well. The service was also great, there was no wait to order and my food was ready very quickly. It's important to note we visited around 7pm. The restaurant was clean & relatively quiet (for a busy fast food restaurant). My only complaint is that I wish the parking lot was designed different, it was a little challenging to walk to my car. Recently I have had issues with something being forgotten, straw, spoon, napkins, which may not seem like a big deal unless you're eating in your car and need those things! Today I got the chicken minis and they were horrible! They were completely dry and cooked way too long, so much so they were hard and crunchy. Very upsetting . Every time I come to this chick fil a the customer service in drive thru is always good . . . but the one issue that I have with this chick fil a is that the buns are always dry and brittle like their stale and the fries always look old even when I tell them I want them fresh . To whom it may concern, on Saturday, me and my husband visited the location at 720 Sawdust Rd., The Woodlands, Tx 77380. I ordered a salad and after eating half of the salad I discovered a dead fly in my food. My initial reaction was shock, disgust and I was also upset that my favorite fast food restaurant had let me down. I went to the counter to address the situation. I spoke with the assistant manager and he offered to remake the salad and refund me my money back. At that point I did not want another salad but I did want my money back. I also wanted to speak with a higher up manager just so that I could inform them of what had happened and so this could never happen again. He pointed to a woman in the dining area who was talking with someone else and said she is our GM. I will inform her and let her know that you would like to talk. He came back shortly with another assistant manager and told me that she did not want to speak and that he should go find someone else to solve the problem. So at this point I felt like my concern was getting brushed off because I am black and she did not want to deal with a black woman and her concerns. So then I proceeded to walk to her and patiently waited for her to finish her conversation. When she finished I addressed her, and she responded with a laugh and said "That's Gross" with a huge smile on her face and proceeded to tell me she was aware and all she could do was give me a refund. When she laughed in my face she showed me that she had no regards to my concerns. I was honestly quite humiliated, because had I not been paying attention I could have eaten that bug and her response to that was to laugh in my face. She said her name was Nina but I'm not sure because she did not have a name tag. She was small and petite and very insensitive. She did refund me my money, but never apologized or anything. All I got from her was a laugh in my face. I feel like if I was a customer of a lighter color. She would have come and spoke with me immediately to address my concerns but instead I got blown off and laughed at. So thank you Nina and Chick Fil A for ruining my fast food experience. read more

This particular Chick-fil-A went above and beyond: even though I only ate here once, for Christmas they've been giving me small, free rewards through the mobile app on a daily basis. Normally I am the last person to complain about a chain restaurant especially one like Chick-Fil-A. I mean who doesn't love the place. Well I have to be critical today. I hate to admit that I got the worst sandwich and fries that I have ever received, especially at this location. This location has been my favorite for the past 5-6 months of being in Spring. When I say the chicken on the sandwich was not only fried hard, it wasn't hot, not to mention it was a piece of chicken that I know is not normally served on a sandwich. I have never had a tough chicken sandwich until today. I made it past the 2nd bite and gave up. Sorry no picture, it wasn't even worth a picture... now the fries, they were still fresh I guess, but it looked as though someone took their time to place 5-6 end or the round part of the fries inside the box. I mean we all get them from time to time; they are not cooked all the way through and don't taste too good, you just simply move it to the side and keep going. I didn't have that luxury today. I hope this wasn't a time where they do something to the food or serve a bad sandwich and think "finally I got rid of the bad fries and chicken.. That's exactly how I feel today. I discovered the only Chick-fil-A that takes forever. All the others have your food ready before you can get your change back in your wallet. The tomatoes were left on the spicy even though I asked and the receipt reflected that. First of all my family and I are huge fans and supporters of Chick-fil-A. This is the first and only complaint I have ever encountered at a Chick-fil-A. I ordered on the app and picked up in the drive through. Got home and immediately noticed I was missing a sandwich. So I called and spoke to a female manager on shift 4/7/20 at apprx 6pm. I told her about it and requested to be refunded for my item I didn't receive. She told me that she could not refund me and said that I could come back and get one. I said so you expect me to waste my time driving back bc you got my order wrong and she replied "yes maam". I insisted on a refund, as that is the right thing for them to do and she just kept telling me no, that she could not refund me. I was polite and calm the entire conversation but I did finally hang up on her. This woman was incredibly unprofessional throughout our conversation. She made it evident that she was irritated and annoyed with her attitude toward me and made it clear that she does not care about her customers. This is unheard of for chickfila, I'm honestly shocked, as I've never seen Chick-fil-A members (much less management) behave so unprofessionally and without care for their customers. I'm sorry but you tell me that you can not refund me for something that you did not supply to me, then you are essentially stealing from your customer.
