I don't know if it's a conspiracy theory or what, but this is my second time ordering from this establishment -- specifically online through the app. I ordered the butterfly shrimp with the sauce, fries, and a drink. For the second time, they told me it was out of stock and tried to replace it with popcorn shrimp. But that's not what I asked for. I don't understand how, on two separate occasions, they've been out of the same shrimp. Do they not fulfill shrimp orders from online customers? Are they saving it for people who pay at the window instead? It doesn't make sense. If it's out of stock, it shouldn't still be an option on the app or on the menu board and there's no sign posted saying it's unavailable. If you're trying to order online, be prepared for unapproved substitutions and zero communication or signage letting you know they're out of stock. read more

Some days the wings are big some days the wings are small yet one thing that remains consistent is the price??? Make it make sense. Drive through is ridiculously slow, drinks often not closed properly so it spills from order window to car. Staff at the window could be more pleasant and saving the best for last.... Last month me and my daughter went to Popeye's on 138 to get some chicken because where else would you go to get chicken other than Popeyes. We went here because they have the best chicken. The good : Oh Popeyes, I like your spicy tenders! That's my favorite thing. Even though your biscuits are so dry they would choke you to death I still like them! Placed our order; finally made it to the window and the girl asked what we had. Unreal after placing a $37 order.
