The food is always great! I ordered the 3-Hot Bbq Wings and 3-Honey Lemon Pepper wings with fried rice and a drink. The food was great. The price was greater, maybe $10. They aren't stingy with the rice by no means. The service isn't great anytime I go. I just know going in to avoid the attitude from the person taking my order because the food will be good. The lemonade and peach juice is fire! The establishment isn't the greatest to sit down in. Definitely a grab and go type of place. Not decorated or appealing. Great food though! read more

Great meal, average price point. Unless I'm going through a drive through I do not expect my food to come out speedy quick. Average wait time. About 10-12 minutes. If it were cooked faster than that I honestly would not feel comfortable lol. I had the chicken philly the way it comes (trying to veer away from red meat, does it matter though..I'm eating a philly cheese steak anyway!) never the less all of my meal was hot and had great flavor. Not much to say about Wings House just that the wings initally seemed rather small though were surprisingly meaty for their size. This location is pretty good. I was greeted warmly, the dining area is clean and the bathrooms are clean. They recently received a 100 on their health inspection report. I arrived for lunch and purchased the 10 piece wings with fried rice and a drink ($9.00). The food was hot and fresh. You may have to wait a bit because I think they perform cook to order, but I dont mind if the food is hot and fresh. I had the garlic pepper. The wings were not overly greasy as some places might serve you. I have been here before, but this is my first review. I would recommend this location if you are in the area. Two thumbs up. I am new to wing house and most of the time I would agree the food to be on point. The customer service however is what frustrates me. Last week Thursday was my sons bday and we ordered 30 wings fried rice and fries. I am not sure if we had a bad connection but I had to repeat myself many times for them to get my order. The last thing I said before hanging up was have the rep repeat my order back.However when I go in to pick up my order was missing my fried rice. Where should I begin!? I've been to this restaurant a few times so I've experienced both walk in and call in ordering and both times the food took extremelyyyyyyyyyyyy long!! The establishment: smelled like a dirty mop once which had prompted me to leave with hopes of returning next time to a more pleasant smell. The decor is so outdated! It's a hunter green interior but it just appears dark & gloomy with its low lighting. The staff: isn't very friendly especially the owner (Asian man and his wife I'd assume) and each time I've gone there, there's a new cashier. I wonder why. The price: very cheap! You can get wings & fries for under $8. A small vegetable fried rice is only $2.50! The food: I really like their vegetable fried rice but their wings are VERYYYY small though!!! I went recently and the cashier (a Caucasian girl with colorful hair - I think or maybe just 2 colors Idk can't remember but I do remember she was all over the place like she couldn't even multitask ) forgot about my order which was only a small rice. I waited over 10mins and when I went to the register to ask for a refund, she magically got my rice but explained the cook was new which was a BS excuse because he wasn't new when he made like 4 orders before mine in a timely manner . I only waited patiently and long enough because the people before me had not received their order but a small rice ($2.00) should not have taken as long as it did. *Overall this place is trash. (Just throw the whole restaurant away!) * The food is decent but their "B" health score*, longggg wait time, baby size wings and unfriendly staff means I will NEVER return!! Of course we all have different taste buds. I love wings and think the wings from Wings House are very, very good!!! A good wing is a good wing. We have all had not so good ones and some really good ones, but I must say that I have almost stopped going to the place where I always purchased wings from, driving a little further for the Honey Garlic Wings, my favorite!!! They are AWESOME!!! I have eaten at the Wing House about five times now and will continue to drive past my old wing spot in Conyers, just to satisfy my wing craving for that moment. Service is fast and I have never had an issue with the staff. Like any other fast food restaurant, you place your order, you pay for your food and you wait until your order is ready.
