By far and away, my favorite wing spot in Conyers. The 10'piece combo will run you less than $10 which is always awesome. They are generous with the favorites and other sides. And most importantly, the wait after placing your order is almost nothing. I've never waited for more than 6-8 minutes for my food. Those cooks are getting it done in the back. The wings I prefer are mild and dry, so you can't go wrong with that. The place is staff by several young people who are surprisingly good with their customer service. Ordered a 60 piece of traditional wings divided up between 40 medium, 10 parm garlic, and lemon pepper. And man they were on point and exactly what we were craving. The parm garlic has to be a close favorite that ive tried thus far In life and same goes for the lemon pepper. Ok...this is another restaurant that I was initially hesitant about, only because no one was in the restaurant when I arrived. I was in ATL GA for the weekend and stopped by WNB Factory for lunch! I ordered the lemon pepper wings and a philly style steak sub!!! Both were delicious!!!!The menu was a bit intimidating, but the cashier was friendly and gave me as much time as I needed. Tried this for the first time. Good stuff. The food came up right away. Honestly, and it sounds strange...but a bit too fast. It seems as though the wings and fries were precooked and waiting in a warmer or something. I didn't even have time to fix my drink and sit down before it was up. . No way you're cooking, saucing and plating an order within 1 minute of printing a receipt. And you could also tell this because wings and fries were warm and not hot. Food was still good. Wings were a decent sized. Average for a wing place. The amount of fries were plenty. The (medium) sauce was average. Nothing particularly about it to make it standout from other places. My biggest gripe is that a place that seems to take pride in their burgers and wings...they have both in their name...has no combo that allows you to enjoy both. Even with the complaints, I'll give it another shot or two. Ate at W&B factory a second time at a different location... still good! This time I had the honey hot wings. This place is always shutting their grill down early. Last Sunday night when I placed an order the cashier said "Sorry the grill is closed" I looked at my phone and it was 7:18pm, 42 minutes early. then technically you're closed at 7:18pm, but their sign says closed 8:00pm This place does not deserve my business. huge lack of customer service. The food is really good. For whatever the area serves the tiniest chicken wings, but WnB has a normal sized wing. The sauces are good and they don't skimp on sauce. Fries are always fresh and you can add extra seasoning if you want when you get your order. Staff is friendly and the store is clean. The fried rice is really good as well. I tried the WNB Factory for the first time today and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I have had to the real deal and these ones were not bad. I would give them a 7.5 out of 10. The roll was a little big for the amount of meat, cheese, peppers and onions. The provolone cheese was dead on but they don't offer Cheez Wiz for a more authentic sandwich. The ribeye was cooked to perfection. The peppers and onions were not overcooked and still had some bite to them. Also, they toasted the roll which isn't done in Philadelphia rather it is steamed on top of the meat when it is cooking on the grill after the cheese has been added. The price for the sandwich is pretty good value. Will go back and try something else. read more

To the two young ladies who took my order last night. When you asked if I wanted the combo with my Chicken sandwich, as most would I believed it would come with fries and a drink. But to my surprise, nope only fries come in the combo, but my understanding is a combo was a combination of items not a main and a side. Then when I tried to question you both, ya'll were too busy flirting with a guy who never even made it completely through the door when he was placing his order before you even finished handing my son the receipt. If you were great at your job, you would tried to up-sell me a drink but at no point did you ever ask if I wanted a drink with my order until I asked for my cup after my transaction was completed. This place USED to be solid. I'm not sure if the owner changed the crew or what - the service and the food today was awful!!! Our food sat on the counter for 20 minutes- and when we finally was told it was ours - we asked if it was cold - we were told we could feel it ourselves and figure it out!! We were loyal customers. After today - we will NEVER EVER give them our business. Anyone that asks about WnB we will not recommend it. What's sad is you can't even talk to the Manager about the situation. I ordered 6pc honey garlic wing and fries. Wings were fried perfectly and fresh but they sauce is what I didn't like. When you think honey garlic you think honey sauce with maybe grated garlic but this was salty. Like they used a salt, garlic and pepper blend. Wasn't tasty at all. I will not be going back there! My order was mostly correct, they left the coleslaw off of my fish plate, but I don't care for it much anyway. So I paid $8 for 2 piece fish and fries. Fish tasted rotten and fries were soggy. No thanks W&B, I'll stick to grub shack or wing nuts for my fish. Couldn't try a burger because they close down the grill at 9 pm. On a FRIDAY night.
