This is by far the absolute worst Popeye's I have ever visited. The staff do to much horse playing in the establishment, and to top it off, the manger has no type of professionalism about herself. First time stopping in here. Ordered on the app but went inside because the app never have the limited time specials(blackened chicken sandwich). 97 Health Score and the inside was very clean. Lots of people working and scurrying around. The drive thru line was moving along nicely. The lady on the register was very patient with the customer having difficulties as the line grew longer. I was told they won't of the blackened chicken sandwich but they had blackened nuggets. Drive thru staff lacks professionalism. Took my mother to place an order. The individual who took our order had a nasty attitude as soon as my mother placed her order. Continuously cut my mother off while ordering & huffing and puffing when she'd correct her on the order. When we drove up to the window the young lady who claimed to not have been the one who took our order took our cash payment and closed the window with no receipt given. She came back and when we let down our window to engage her she slammed the drive thru window closed. When she returned she had no idea what drinks we had, what we ordered etc. Manager did not assist as we asked for a receipt prior to moving out of the drive thru to wait for order. He continued the argument while saying he's the problem solver. After 10mins we finally received a receipt. When we drove up, we noticed other upset customers. Lack customer service skills 100%! I was unaware that this popeyes hires convicted felons and receives incentives from the government for each felon they hire .sooooo they give each employee less than 15 hours so they can get more of them in but they can't live on so few hours . Although the Popeye's brand itself produces delicious meals, this location is a consistent fail. Poor customer service levels which have been ongoing for many years and show no signs of relenting. Chicken is sometimes undercooked. Not sure where they source their labor, but it needs to be changed. Drive-thru personnel don't seem to have the fundamental ability to take a simple order and get it right. Frequently their language skills are so deficient that you have to keep asking them to repeat what they're saying. Most visits are met with a lackadaisical "I don't care" attitude and certainly no appreciation for your patronage. Little care is taken in delivering your meal after it's ordered, and it's usually done with a sour disposition. In today's transaction the cashier didn't say one word the entire time, and it was obvious that she didn't want to be working. I also had to request that she correct a couple of the items, and she did so without apology. Always expect an attitude. ALWAYS check to ensure that your order has been filled correctly before leaving. Be prepared for a long wait in the drive-thru. I'm pretty certain that the only reason that this location is able to stay afloat is because it's situated near a major university, a number of multi-family dwelling communities, and a small business hub, but I think that I've made up my mind that today's visit will be my last one. Terrible service. I was second in line. Was asked to wait to place my order. While I was waiting an off duty Popeyes employee was behind me in line. Then a person behind the counter proceeded to ask the off duty employee what he would like to order. After waiting for nearly 10 minutes and after the off duty employee received his meal I was asked what I would like to order. I ordered a single leg kids meal. It took 10 more minuets to receive my order. The craziest thing is the two customers behind me received their orders before me. The drive thru was not busy. Went here Saturday. There wasn't that many people in n line but it still took almost 10 min to get to the cashier. I had a coupon for 10 piece mix. While I was in line, the manager was asking me what I wanted, I said 10 piece mild. When I got to cashier, she asked me what chicken I wanted, she asked what pieces of chicken such as wings, legs, etc. I told her the manager lady already randomly got the chicken so there's no point telling cashier. The manager is very rude. The customer in front of me came back in and told the Manager her order was wrong, instead of apologizing, she told another staff to fix the problem. The manager then said loudly that the customer was wrong and that she pulled the correct chicken. She said it loud enough for everyone to hear of course. When I got home, my order was wrong. I ordered all mild. I had half mild and half spicy. The manager added random old, stale, pieces of spicy chicken tenders. The overall quality of the food was crap. Made me irritated enough to do the dumb survey on the back of the receipt. The survey wouldn't allow me to select more than one reason the trip to thi location was crap. I wouldn't go to this location. Also, I went during lunch time and I don't know who authorized the guy to close off half the parking lot to repaint the lines. This Popeyes has the worst customer service I've seen in a fast food place. I get it, you hate your job, but this is absolutely atrocious. My family and I went through the drive thru here, and we ordered four combo meals. The food came out fine, but they made us pull up and wait five minutes for our drinks. This would have been fine, except that the man that brought out the drinks brought them out in a carrier that was soaked through, and the whole thing fell apart, spilling drinks all over the car and in my uncle's lap. The man just stood there for several minutes, before going to get refills. Common sense should have told him to bring us back napkins as well, but he didn't and my mom sent him back for them. He also never brought us a new carrier for our drinks, so we had to carry them in our hands instead. We also found out that the refills he brought us were the wrong drinks when we got home. Overall the customer service here was ridiculously lax, and I'm absolutely disgusted. I won't be eating at this location again. read more
