Wow, I just did the drive thru and got a double cheeseburger. And from the first bite took me back to what a REAL hamburger should taste like. The competitor across the road used to make burgers like this in the 1980's. If you want to taste a real burger, you have to go to sonic! This place doesn't practice great customer service and you need to make sure you are being charged properly. My 80 year old mother LOvES mozzarella sticks and it was .99 day. She ordered 2 mozzarella sticks and a corn dog and was charged over $5.00. When she asked them how they came up with this they charged her for things she didn't order. When she looked in her bag, she was given ranch dressing and ketchup. She went back and asked for marina sauce and was told they don't have it. Seriously? Went here for the Carhop special and received an old burnt burger. It had a funny smell and the look of it was so not appetizing that I didn't even eat it. I was so disappointed that they would even serve someone this. I wouldn't even give it to my dogs to eat. Put in a mobile order and my fiancé picked it up on her way home. Once she arrived I noticed that they did not put any of the sauce that I requested (including ketchup). I am visiting from off-continent and grew up with Sonic, so pulling in to this location for dinner was a much anticipated experience. It did not disappoint! Clean and in a good spot (surrounded by trees on one side), as well as easy to get to. Though they seemed understaffed, Marcus saw me waiting and asked if I'd been able to order already (he was dropping off food to another driver). I told him I was still waiting for someone to come on the speaker, and he told me he'd take care of my order as soon as he was Inside. Sure enough, Marcus took my order and even ran it out to my car when a HUGE thunderstorm broke out suddenly and began pouring rain. Great experience! Just the same food I remember. read more

Visited 3/30/18 Friday afternoon the best place to get a snack to drive home... I ordered the mozzarella stick and Sour apple slushie. The wait was not long at all and the customer service I received from Asia was great. Asia was very professional and served with a smile. I've visited this location several times in the past but this experience was different from the past. Food is generally ok for a fast food joint, BUT THE SERVICE IS CRAP. They seem to be very selective as to whom they take orders from or how fast they deliver the orders. They've also left out food items and when we ask for them, they don't bring them out. Or they run away before we can ask them, "this is missing". When you press the red button, generally, NO ONE answers. I've spent, I don't know how many, hours here waiting and waiting. Just today, I drive up, press the red button and no one answered. In fact, the button press timed out after 10 min. I had to press it again and again before someone picked up. I know they can see me as there are cameras in those damned ordering signs. Why do I do this? Waiting for service/food at a fast food place? I am documenting this so that other people will stay away or this place FIXES its horrid service. read more

Okay where do I start had lunch here today I order a burger and classic chicken Sandwich two orders of tots and a sprite and Hi-c. The food came in a timely manner , temp of the food was good and the carhop was very polite that's why I gave this location 2 stars. Everything was good until we got to the burger we opened the burger and the bread was hard as a rock. So we return and they made another one it came out again the sandwich was hard as a rock like it had been left in the toaster to long. We called the carhop again and he had the cook make a third sandwich this time it was made right. I hate eating at places that will serve you something that they wouldn't eat their self. The chicken sandwich tomato was soft and the small piece of chicken left me with 1/3 of the bread leftover due to the chicken being to small. So I couldn't really enjoy that sandwich the way I wanted to. Time and time again, I have gone to this location and been disappointed. They have no solutions just excuses. Once they did not have anyone to bring the food out so I wanted almost 20 minutes to get cold food. Every time I order a burger I say no mayo add mustard. I cannot even count the times they have got that wrong. Then tonight, I get my order the guy says we are out of ketchup. I check my burger no lettuce. I say are you out of lettuce too?
