I understand when restaurants are busy and are having difficulties with a limited amount of workers. I ordered the 2 can dine for $9.99 in the drive thru (which consist of 5 pc of chicken, 2 sides and biscuit). When I got home all I had was 2 pcs of chicken. So then afterwards I went back up there to the Popeyes on South Drive and went in and said that I'm there to either get a refund or the rest of my chicken. The manager (I presume) asked me where the rest of the chicken was if I wanted a refund. I answered at home, but I don't necessarily have to have a refund if he just wants to give me the rest of the chicken I was missing. Then he decides to adopt an attitude with me about the refund and I told him then that just give me the rest of the chicken I was missing would be fine. He continued to smart off at me about the order and I told him then that I was the customer and I didn't appreciate the bad attitude about me asking for the remainder of my order. He finally put it all in a box and stuck it in a bag and handed it to the girl in drive thru who brought it over to me. I don't normally complain about stuff like this, but this manager is terrible when it comes to customer service. Has to be the worst Popeyes in the state. Drive thru workers are incredibly rude and impatient. Felt rushed while ordering. Dirty. I was scared to eat here. Everything looked nasty, including counter tops. Trash cans overflowing. No hand towels in the restrooms. Just nasty. No regular chicken, only spicy. Got the chicken sandwich meal, it was great! This was my first time eating at a Popeyes and boy did it ever live up to the hype. The chicken on the sandwich was crispy and big. The pickles were big. The fries size was small but they tasted pretty good. The root beer was delightful. They did not have lids sitting out for the cups so I asked for one and the lady working said "Sure, absolutely baby!" Then she gave me 3 lids! One for me and the others for my acquaintances who were also in need of lids. It was great customer service and what I expected from this establishment which was lovely to see. A male sitting to the right of me let me finish his fries and try a piece of his biscuit which only enhanced my experience. I would wholey recommend this amazing restaurant to anyone within 1000000 miles. There was one couple who had to wait almost an hour for their food even tho they were there when me and my troop arrived at the restaurant. Although they had to wait for so long the wait was wholesome for some reason and it was nice to see them receive their food as I considered offering them a fry or something while they waited. The Popeyes hot sauce tasted like buffalo sauce which is not a bad thing. The bathroom was a one person bathroom and me and my tribe took turns using it only to all use the restroom again at a gas station less than a mile from the restaurant shortly after departing. Overall this is a great restaurant great franchise and I look forward to partaking in a fabulous environment. Also I had been petting alligators all day prior so that really kickstarted my appetite for the day. There's also deers there. Oh the buns on the sandwich were also great and hardy. I have tried this place multiple time and I will say that it is the worst Popeyes I have been too. My order is never right. I have found black stuff in my drink. This last time was the worst and the reason I'm never going back. Me and my wife ordered wings and fries just for them to give us only the wings. We had to replace one of our drinks for finding black stuff floating around in it and stuck to the inside of the cup. The staff told me that that is just part of it. I don't recommend this one. If you want good Popeyes then go to the on south drive. They have great service over there and I have never had a messed up order like I've had at this one. This Popeyes wasn't all horrible. It was fairly clean (even the restroom) and in a good spot, easy to find off I-49. And I am keeping in mind that this is fast food. But the communication.. little lacking. I go up to the counter and say "I want a number 7 sandwich only, as well as a number 8 combo". The manager looks at me like I spoke to him in Chinese. After about a minute of explaining to him what exactly I wanted, he finally understood and put my "dine in" order in. I discovered later he surcharged me 20 cents extra for a drink that should have come with the combo. Then of course, while waiting for the food, I see other people who ordered after me getting their food first. When I go up to the counter, I see the manager and the staff scrambling because I think they've forgotten my order. When I finally get the food (without an apology for the delay), they get it to me in a takeout bag instead of dine-in. As far as the food, I ordered the chicken sandwich and was underwhelmed. Don't know if it's the same across the board but I thought while the crisp on the chicken was good, the mayo was excessive and inconsistently applied across the sandwich. This location is pretty clean and workers are friendly and helpful. Chicken was hot, juicy and freshly made. This location has just the right amount of business to ensure you get fresh food without a long wait. There is plenty of seating in the dining room and the workers stay on top of wiping down the tables as people finish their meals. I stop in Natchitoches on a regular basis as it is a good spot off of I49 to get fuel and find a bite to eat. Locals are very friendly and willing to help you out with directions to many of the local attractions. I recommend stopping in to this Popeyes anytime for a quick bite in the dining room or if you're in a hurry, the drive thru is quick and efficient!! read more

It's kinda what you expect from a Popeyes. It's not super clean and they're probably gonna miss something on your order which they did on our food. But we also found multiple hairs in our food. We also saw someone coming up from the back vaping. That doesn't seem super sanitary around the food. All that being said the people that worked there were nice. read more

I had one order a #1 no onions with unsweet tea. I had onions on my burger and I had a Coke. Everyone else has their food. As in standing up here, 3 different people have came up complaining about their food being not correct or iced cold. Not only this, but the drink station has no small lids. We had to get our own lids from under the counter. There are no napkins - we had to go in the bathroom to get toilet paper to use.
